Tout est parfait, l'hôtel a été refait à neuf avec la climatisation, sauf l'absence de frigidaire qui étaient présents avant et l'absence de portes aux placards. Heureusement notre Véronique est une fée (sans jeu de mots, ceux qui savent comprendront) qui nous fait oublier ces tracas au SPA entre ses mains (lol) de fée.

Very disappointing experience with a 4-star hotel. Not family friendly. Lots of waiting time for the room to be ready on arrival. Waited 45minutes for it. The swimming pool is not for 16 and below. It is ridiculous. We were advised to go to the pool at Ibis next door. Requested an extra bed and baby bed but end up receptionist telling me there is no space in the room. It is a really spacious room I would say. Please put in some effort into your attention to customers. The double shower should be a fantastic experience but ended up à flooding bathroom. No shower curtain, water cannot be drained quickly as both are in use. Lack of division between the wet and dry shower area. (Asked for shower curtain but there was none. Then why is there a pole?) Massage was very average but pricy. 60€ for 30minutes which I was to to wait. Which took me 12minutes late to start. Lots and lots of waiting time in this hotel by the time we step in. Waited long to have a room. Waited long to have massage session started. Waited long for food in restaurant. (Please refer to my comment into Restaurant bioz) Mini gym, highly restricted swimming pool, water leaking shower. We are here for a lovely holiday but loads of time taken up just to wait things to happen. Won’t be returning at all.

Was ich gefällte · Das Hotel war modern und gut gepflegt, und das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, mit einem Buffet. Was ich nicht gefällt · Die Lage des Hotels: es war weit von der Stadtzentrum und dem Hafen entfernt, wo es der Hauptweg der Stadt gibt. Außerdem begründete das Hotel mit den Anti-Covid-Maßnahmen die mangelnde Reinigung des Zimmers. Vier Tage lang haben sie nie gereinigt, der Kiste war abgeschirmt und im Bad fehlte auch der Schüssel, um die Tasse zu reinigen. Dies ist eine absurde Entscheidung, da die Küchenpersonal die Gerichte, Tassen, Stätten und alles, was für das Frühstück verwendet wurde, berührte, und das Frühstücksbuffet bedeutete, dass alle dieselben Pins für die Einnahme des Auch wenn sie für die halbe Pension reserviert haben, haben sie uns gerade die Nacht von San Silvestre im Restaurant ohne Buchung verlassen. Das Hotel wusste, dass wir auch an diesem Abend essen würden, und er hat sich nicht vorgezogen, uns den Tisch in dem Restaurant zu buchen, wo er uns zum Essen schickte. Wir haben im Zimmer mit zwei Gerichten zusammen mit der Bar des Hotels gegessen. Das Verhalten ist so abscheulich, vor allem, wenn man sich entschieden, dort gerade für das Jahr zu gehen. Das Hotel hätte vorzeitig organisieren sollen. Wir haben die Kosten für das fehlende Essen (was nicht zu einem großen Abhilfe für die Ausfallsituation geführt hat) erhöht, und trotzdem waren die Kosten für das Zimmer wegen fehlender Reinigung des Zimmers nicht gesenkt.

Ich kam am 13. September und blieb bis zum 19. September und hatte einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Rezeption war sehr begrüßenswert und das Personal sehr freundlich und mehr als glücklich, Englisch zu sprechen, denn leider spreche ich nicht Französisch, immer lächeln und grüßen, egal, welche Zeit Sie in oder aus waren. Das Zimmer war schön und sehr komfortabel, schöne Dekoration, und große Einrichtungen einschließlich aircondition Dusche wunderschön und obwohl es offen zu dem Zimmer erscheint es tatsächlich ausscreenen konnte, Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag mit Wasser am ersten Tag der Ankunft plus Tee-Herstellungseinrichtungen serviert. Mein Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Alpen und das Hotel selbst ist sehr zentraler zum Hauptzentrum und zu anderen Orten zu reisen, so eine tolle Lage. Es gibt einen Pool, Spa, Sauna und Fitnessraum. Schöne kleine Lounge hinter der Rezeption mit erfreulicher Kaffee. Würde ich wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben, ja sicherlich.
