Bel établissement dans l'ensemble. Pourtant pour un hôtel de ce standing il y a des choses à revoir tel que l'amabilité de certaines personnes du personnel. Le service qui n'est parfois pas a la hauteur de prix demandé et l'état des terrasses dans les chambres. On gardera un bon souvenir mes les 5 étoiles ne sont pas aux rendez vous.

Wir besuchen dieses Hotel seit viel Jahren mit einer großen Gruppe. Das aktuelle Management ist uns als Kunden gegenüber dermaßen negativ aufgetreten, dass wir uns nach 15 Jahren dazu entschlossen haben, dieses Hotel in Zukunft vollständig zu meiden. Mag sein, dass die Corona-Situation die Leitung überfordert hat, aber wie kaltschnäuzig und eiskalt man sich bei den letzten Buchungen verhalten hat, habe ich in 20 Jahren Eventorganisation noch nicht erlebt. Dass man sich zum Schluss trotz der getätigten Übernachtungen (und nach höflicher Aufforderung) schlichtweg geweigert hat, uns die Punkte für das Bonusprogramm gutzuschreiben, rundet unser Bild restlos ab. So geht das nicht und so haben wir das zum Glück noch nie erlebt. Aber es gibt ausreichend alterative Hotels auf dem Markt und in Aix-les-Bains, zum Beispiel das Golden Tulip oder das Best Western. We have been visiting this hotel for many years with a large group. The current management has treated us as customers so negatively that after 15 years we have decided to avoid this hotel entirely in the future. It may be that the Corona situation has overwhelmed the management, but in 20 years of event organization I have never experienced how cold-hearted and ice-cold you have been with the last few bookings. The fact that in the end, despite the overnight stays (and after a polite request), they simply refused to credit us with the points for the bonus program completes our picture completely. It doesn't work like that and luckily we've never experienced it like that. But there are enough alternative hotels on the market and in Aix-les-Bains, for example the Golden Tulip or the Best Western.

Ein sehr gutes und hundefreundliches! Hotel auf unserer Reise in die Provence. Auch das Abend- und Morgenessen waren tiptop und die rundumlaufende Gartenanlage perfekt. Leider ist der Poolbereich erst ab 16Jahren zugänglich....

An der Bar muss man sehr lange warten bis man bedient wird. Offenbar zu wenig Barkeeper.
Die Parkanlage ist sehr schön mit vielen alten Bäumen.
Zimmer rückseitig sehr ruhig.
Wir übernachten immer hier bei Hin- und Rückreise nach Frankreich.

Very disappointing experience with a 4-star hotel. Not family friendly. Lots of waiting time for the room to be ready on arrival. Waited 45minutes for it. The swimming pool is not for 16 and below. It is ridiculous. We were advised to go to the pool at Ibis next door. Requested an extra bed and baby bed but end up receptionist telling me there is no space in the room. It is a really spacious room I would say. Please put in some effort into your attention to customers. The double shower should be a fantastic experience but ended up à flooding bathroom. No shower curtain, water cannot be drained quickly as both are in use. Lack of division between the wet and dry shower area. (Asked for shower curtain but there was none. Then why is there a pole?) Massage was very average but pricy. 60€ for 30minutes which I was to to wait. Which took me 12minutes late to start. Lots and lots of waiting time in this hotel by the time we step in. Waited long to have a room. Waited long to have massage session started. Waited long for food in restaurant. (Please refer to my comment into Restaurant bioz) Mini gym, highly restricted swimming pool, water leaking shower. We are here for a lovely holiday but loads of time taken up just to wait things to happen. Won’t be returning at all.

I had a one night stay and had a very spacious room with a balcony, which was comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant was excellent, extremely good value for the high quality of the food. Buffet breakfast also was very good. Staff were friendly. Spacious grounds in a good location and it all added up to an enjoyable visit. The guest wifi needs improving.

Stayed here one night. Privilege rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bed very luxurious. Breakfast was OK, without being special. Restaurant is overpriced for what it is for dinner and the service was mixed, waitress very friendly and helpful, but the impression was of understaffing.
