Positives: - The team's service and attitude are consistently professional and courteous throughout my entire stay. Everyone was professional. No one came across rude, impatient, or defensive. They thanked me for choosing them and also took responsibility/ownership on things they did not do right the first time. - They took notes on things you said and requested with immediate response or within 24 hours if needed more time. - They practiced active listening, asked clarification questions to ensure what I needed/requested. - Excellent breakfast, full of variety. They kept standard items standard by providing them daily but also added some variety by changing 3-5 dishes. All foods are fresh and prepared on site. - Housekeeping service had great attitude and was efficient in cleaning throughout the entire stay. - They have an elevator. Most hotels in Taiwan have elevators. - They are happy to help moving your luggage upon request. - Excellent hot shower temperature and pressure - Amenities provided in the room is abundant with good quality - They are trustworthy in honoring pre-agreed upon check-in requirements. Before booking this hotel, I asked about the check-in requirements and what I felt comfortable providing and what not. They agreed and executed accordingly. I appreciate how their words and actions are consistent, which is very different from some hotels (Best Western always acted inconsistently, Marriott, Hilton, and IHG hotels are spotty, some are good, and some are bad) in the US and Canada where they said/agreed one things and acted differently when I arrived at the front desk for check-in. Hotel services in Taiwan are generally much better in terms of service attitude and honoring their words. - Effective expectation management and communication - When raising issues, they took it with positive attitude: they always first owned it by providing a sincere apology, tried to solve it immediately. If they couldn't solve it right away, they asked for more time and provided a timeframe on when it would be solved. Throughout my stay, 50% of issues were solved immediately, and 50% were solved within 12 to 24 hours. No issues remained unresolved. - Common areas are always very clean and organized. Negatives: - Not always have people at the front desk to help open the heavy doors. Better to change it to auto-sliding doors. - The elevator carpet is gross and dirty: time to change it. There was a hair hidden underneath the hand towel on first day - raised the issue and they fixed it the next morning. Only adjustable at Low/Midium/High. 3.Cleanliness have to be improved. (carpet/fresh air) 4.Receptionist greeting the walk in customer in the middle of night can be heard from room. Hope there is a solution when welcoming customer hence we will have a good rest. 5.Free drink ,coffeee tea and biscuit in the room. Sobald ich die Hotellobby betrat, war es wirklich anders als beim vorherigen Nangang Pavilion und Nanjing Wuyi Pavilion. Die Textur war großartig. Das Personal an der Theke war sehr höflich. Ich blieb dieses Mal im 6. Stock. Mit den hellen Holzwänden, die ich liebe, ist das Zimmer wirklich super groß, mit einer großen Badewanne und einem schönen Sofasessel. Es kommt auch mit zwei Hochstühlen und das Bett ist super vergrößert. 👍👍 2 große und 2 kleine Prinzipien sind kein Problem Ja, es wird empfohlen, die oberen Stockwerke leiser zu machen! Ich habe nicht nach einer höheren Etage gefragt. Die Dame an der Theke sagte, dass es nur eine im ersten Stock gibt. Es wird empfohlen, beim Aufenthalt in der Zhongxiao Hall möglichst hohe Stockwerke zu wählen, da das Kaufhaus Mingyao gerade renoviert wird

Der CP-Wert dieses Hotels wird bei regelmäßiger Verlängerung nicht rabattiert. Es ist auch sehr gut. Einige Businesshotels reduzieren den CP-Wert für Langzeitaufenthalte. Dieses Hotel wird mich jeden Tag regelmäßig auffüllen, Handtücher wechseln, das Zimmer reinigen und den Müll aussortieren, obwohl ich es kritisiere. Andere sind nicht sehr gut, aber Fu X da X Business Hotel hat gar keinen so hohen CP-Wert.

とにから証明が暗くて化粧しにくかったです。洗面所の電気をもっと明るくして欲しいです。もしくはデスクに化粧用の鏡置いてほしいです。客室掃除必要ない日はアメニティを袋に入れてドアノブに引っ掛けて欲しいです。あとドライヤーがとにかく古くて乾きにくいですW

The hotel is very dated. My room has newer wooden floor and some more modern look cabinets but the bathtub has mold ( see pic). The one slim closet by the door is for hanging clothes. The shorter closet should have shelves or safety deposit box but no, only half hanging space. The worst part is the air conditioner. ONLY COLD AIR! It is cool at night so I asked for either warm air or just air. They apologized and said only cold air or I could turn the air off. It is super stuffy once the fan is turned off. The window has no screen so bugs can come in. Moreover, it is 10” away from a construction site. By the way, at checkin, I was told that construction noise will be from 8-5 everyday. Maybe someone could have put this in the listing. It is at a super convenient location. That’s why the two stars and not 1.
