Das ist ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel in der schönen Citta Alta von Bergamo.  Ich bin nach 7 Uhr angekommen, so dass es ein wenig verwirrend war, den Eingang zu finden, aber wenn Sie ankommen, bevor Sie einfach durch das Restaurant gehen. Das Personal ist sehr schön, alles über den Aufenthalt war genießbar. Es ist auch direkt neben dem Platz gelegen, aber es ist nicht laut Sehr empfohlen

There are a huge number of positives for staying at the Hotel Piazza Vecchia. It is a charming, historic property in the heart of Bergamo’s Citta Alta (Bergamo’s old town), a short walk from all the main sights of this delightful city. The location is superb, close to lots of excellent restaurants and shops, the funicular stops and the main historic sights of the city. Most of the accommodation seems to be near the station which is 15-20 minute walk to the funicular that takes you up to the historic old town (or another 15-20 minute walk up the hill if you are athletic) so it makes a lot of sense to stay here if tourism is the reason why you come to town. The hotel is located off one of the main old town streets, up a short flight of stairs to the reception desk. It’s eighteen steps, and a stairlift is available if you need help. To the three floors where the rooms are located there is a small lift. The check in and out was efficient and friendly, the receptionists are always welcoming and speak English. They really want to boost tourism to the city and were very nice to speak to. The written communication isn’t quite as strong. Before we arrived we requested an airport pick up, which they provide through a local driver who is very nice and speaks good English. We got no confirmation to say this was arranged so emailed again to be told that it was arranged. The pick up was fine but when we went to confirm the return to the airport we found the time they had was wrong. It was soon sorted out, but I would recommend double checking the details. Parking is also available at a nearby site. Our room was on the third floor. It had a balcony with a view of rooftops and the hills behind the city, a large TV (but only with Italian channels), good WiFi, a wardrobe and a very small safe, which again showed for us that Reception is a little inconsistent. I went to use it, followed the instructions and then couldn’t open it. I informed Reception (luckily, I had nothing in the safe) and that it needed resetting, but it didn’t happen during our time at the hotel. There is also a coffee machine, fridge and a comfortable bed and an air conditioner/heater. They provide cups, glasses and a corkscrew. The most irritating thing about the room we stayed in was that there was no ceiling light, just a wall light and three lamps, making the room quite dark and impossible to find anything in the wardrobe or drawers after dark without a torch. The only other downside to the room was that there was only one bin, a small one in the bathroom so it filled up quickly. The room also had a desk, a table and seats, which weren’t that comfortable, they were like garden furniture, so I suspect that they go on the balcony when the weather improves. The bathroom had a good shower. The sink was nicely designed but a bit impractical, with a sloping bottom to it and an overhanging tap which made shaving or washing your face awkward. Hatten eine Suite im 7 Stock mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt. Entsprach aber nicht den Standard einer Suite und war stark renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmer im 2 Stock sind schon modernisiert. Die Zimmer wurden auch nicht gut gereinigt. Das Personal ist aber sehr gut und hilfsbereit und Frühstück war auch perfekt. Die Lage des Hotels kann auch nicht besser sein. Wollten das Roof Garden Restaurant für meine Geburtstagsfeier buchen. Leider sind die ( Restaurant Manager ) extrem hochnäsig und äusserst unfreundlich! Habe mich daher für ein anderes Restaurant entschieden.

Die Lage und das Zimmer waren perfekt. Es befindet sich im Zentrum eines Platzes, viele Cafés um. Es ist im Herzen des wunderschönen Bereichs der Stadt. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war großartig. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit hohen Decken und es war sehr sauber. Ich würde sicher noch einmal dort bleiben .. Der einzige Vorschlag ist, dass ihre Kontrolle im System nicht richtig funktionieren, während der Online-Check-in, das System sagte, dass es keine Notwendigkeit, Details von anderen Menschen, wenn Sie Familie sind, und dann nur ein paar Stunden vor der Ankunft am Ort habe ich eine Anrufe, die ich benötigen zu den Passdaten anderer Personen auch. Seien Sie vorsichtig, um Ihre E-Mails sorgfältig zu überprüfen.

Was zu sagen, ist perfekt in allem!! Sie befindet sich in einem Zentrum der Stadt bequem zu allem, einen Schritt von der Hauptstraße und einen Schritt von dem Parkplatz des Hefeplatzes. Sie hat uns die Stadt zu genießen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, einfach, sauber und bestellt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Bett unseres Zimmers war sehr bequem, nie besser geschlafen!!! Laura, unser Referenz, war großartig!! Wenn ich wieder nach Bergamo Alta komme, werde ich hier wieder aufhalten!!

Wir können wirklich empfehlen, im Ciccio B&B zu bleiben. Schöne Gastgeber, der hilfreich ist, um die Stadt zu beraten und Orte zu essen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und gemütlich. Im Herzen von Bergamo, freundlich nahe der alten Stadt und Bahnhof. Nur unten war es ein wenig schwierig, zu gehen, da wir die Schlüssel ins Zimmer verlassen mussten, aber um herauszukommen, mussten wir den Schlüssel sowohl am Haupttor als auch am Apartmenttor verwenden. Vielleicht wäre es ratsam, an der Einfahrt eine Postbox zu verlassen, wo die zukünftigen Kunden den Schlüssel verlassen können. Sonst sehr schön bleiben
