Die Lage an einer verkehrsreichen Achse ist für einmalige Übernachtung bei schalldichtschließenden Fenster akzeptabel. Qualität und Ausstattung des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das gleiche kann man auch zum Frühstück sagen.

Das Gardaland Resort Hotel ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren 4 Nächte im August 2020 Vorort. Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe Qualitativ sehr schlecht. Es gibt kein Kindergerechtes Essen. Das Personal wirkt hektisch und gestresst. An allen Ecken herrscht Abzocke. Für Poolhandtücher muss bezahlt werden. Kugel Eis 2,5€ am Pool. Wenn der Quittungszettel für die Handtücher fehlt bekommt man seine Kaution nicht mehr zurück. Bademützen für 6€ muss Mann kaufen sonst darf man nicht in den Pool. Der inkludierte Gardaland Besuch von 2 Tagen muss an aufeinander folgenden Tagen genommen werden. Bei der Buchung gibt es dazu keinen Hinweiss. Für das Gardaland selbst braucht man eine App sonst kann man die Fahrgeschäfte bzw. Kioske nicht buchen. Mit der App virtuell in der Schlange stehen für eine Pizza wenn sonst keiner vor dir ist ist am Ziel vorbei. Natürlich tracked die App dich ständig. Vom Datenschutz und Persönlichkeitsrechten weit entfernt. Denn es geht nicht ohne. Wir hatten uns mit dem Hotel Manager Vorort auf die Rückzahlung des erneuten Eintritts geeinigt. Leider Hat sich die Hotel Leitung nicht an diese Vereinbarung gehalten. Das Hotel ist leider nicht Empfehlenswert für Familien.

Wir blieben 4 Nächte lang und dieses Hotel fit die Rechnung perfekt für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt im Garda See. Zimmergröße war ausreichend und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war groß genug und die gute Dusche war zuverlässig. Das Frühstück war ein hervorragender Wert, eine Menge Wahl. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt - direkt außerhalb der alten Stadtwände und so ruhig, aber nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Zentrum der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants (obwohl das nächste Restaurant ”Rivelin” möglicherweise das beste war). Der Fahrradverleihgeschäft neben der Tür zum Hotel war wirklich gut und sehr empfohlen.

This is a really lovely boutique hotel in the centre of the old town. The bedrooms are named after composers - we were in Rossini - and beautifully laid out (maybe the only issue was the somewhat complex lighting system but fine once we worked it out!). The lady on reception was extremely welcoming and gave us lots of tips on where to eat and what to do. Breakfast is in a smallish room so a basic buffet (juice, coffee, bread etc) and other dishes ordered night before but it works. Highly recommended

11 heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in het hotel. Het hotel ligt centraal in het gebied en is een ideale uitvalsbasis om het één en ander te bezoeken. We zijn oa in Venetië geweest wat goed te doen was. De kamer zelf in eenvoudig maar zeker compleet en het zwembad is heerlijk. Het ontbijt en diner in het restaurant is prima. De mensen die hier werken zijn uitermate aardig en klantvriendelijk. Kortom een locatie om nog eens naar terug te gaan.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita ma come già sottolineato in una recensione di maggio 2023, ”mancano alcune accortezze di un hotel 4 stelle che dovrebbero essere scontate” (i.e in bagno non c'è nessun bicchiere, porta spazzolino, salviette, fazzoletti etc...). In questo periodo, inoltre, stanno facendo dei lavori, quindi una volta fatto il check-in, dopo pranzo (ore 15 pomeriggio), c'erano i muratori che utilizzavano il trapano e facevano abbastanza rumore fino le 18 più o meno. La sera abbiamo cenato in un ristorante e al nostro ritorno in albergo c'era un cameriere seduto nella hall che ci ha chiesto dove avessimo mangiato, di dove eravamo. Abbiamo risposto alle sue domande per educazione e gentilezza anche se è stato un po' ”invasivo” nel chiedere a mia figlia ”Where are you from?” quando fino a poco tempo prima stavamo parlando in italiano. Una volta entrate in stanza, mia figlia riceve la richiesta su instagram da questo cameriere SENZA avergli mai detto nome e cognome. Il giorno dopo, facciamo colazione ( la quale non era abbondante e neanche troppo degna di un hotel 4 stelle). Dopodiché al check-out, chiediamo al receptionist (che tra l'altro era il responsabile) se fosse normale che un loro dipendente chiedesse l'amicizia su instagram, non sapendo i nostri dati personali, lasciandoci quindi supporre che avesse chiesto direttamente alla reception il nome e cognome di mia figlia. Il responsabile ci ha risposto che avevamo assolutamente ragione e che avrebbe preso dei provvedimenti siccome era inaccettabile e ci avrebbe tenute aggiornate via email sui provvedimenti e ”indagini”. In fine, dopo 2 settimane, non ci ha mai comunicato chi avesse trafugato i dati dalla reception al cameriere. quindi attenzione alle vostre carte di credito o altri dati sensibili che potrebbero essere trasmessi a terze persone indesiderate.

I was here with my family for 3 days. We went to see Lago di Garda, Sirmione castle and (of course) Gardaland. What we did not know is that the little city close by named Peschiera del Garda is a hidden gem. It is so nice that we went there every day (it is a 15 min walk from the hotel). Hotel itself is really a nice one it has its own parking a restaurant and a kids park near by. It is on the main road but is it really a quiet area to stay in. Hotel room was very big modern and nice and we had good breakfast there. Looking forward to visit them again one day.

I was a bit nervous to visit Parc Hotel as there wasn't many reviews. However, as soon as we arrived, my worries disappeared. Set at the base of Lake Garda, approx 2.5km from the main town of Pescheira del Garda is Parc Hotel and its vast facilities. We didnt venture over to the Golf part of the complex, no need as there was enough at the hotel area. Three (clean) ample sized pools, one called Laguna beach where most of the entertainment was held, one around the corner for families with smaller children and one quieter pool. At both pool areas there was a place to eat with a great selection of food from nuggets and chips to pizza, pasta and poke bowls. An even better if for these places would be to offer more gluten free selection for my celiac husband, but the staff made some adjustments to our orders to help us with this. My family stayed in the main hotel, made up of a huge double (more like queen) size bed and then my teenagers stayed on the bunk beds. Our view was of the golf course and the theatre where a couple of shows were held. Having a bed and breakfast rate, we ate breakfast in the buffet style restaurant. Some reviews suggested the orange juice was watered down, that only seemed to be the case on one of the machines. There was lots of food to choose from for breakfast, continental, cooked, cereals and fruit. We also ate here a couple of times for dinner which cost €20 per person, good value for the hungry teenager. The staff were super friendly and the entertainment was great. Something for all the family, the team catered for toddlers to adults and we even caught a performance of the Greatest Showman (applause). The team entertained you in the day without being over-powering, special shout outs to Cosimo and Alessio with their special dance moves. Even the dogs were dancing 😂 If i was to ask for something more, i would suggest some water in reception. Only a small thing, but we had walked from the train station as there doesnt seem to be many taxis in Pescheira (this was when we arrived) so some water would have been appreciated. Oh and i must mention on that note, the shuttle to Pescheira, really handy for getting to and from the town if you havent travelled by car. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
