"Dieses wundervolle Hotel wurde von einem sehr netten Besitzer geführt, der mich sogar zum Hotel gefahren hat, da ich den Online-Check-in nicht kannte und nicht in mein Zimmer kam. (Ich hatte zwar eine E-Mail zum Online-Check-in erhalten, sie aber nicht richtig gelesen.) Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, und das Badezimmer war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, inklusive Föhn und Shampoo. In der Küche gab es außerdem verschiedene Brotsorten und Joghurt fürs Frühstück. Da das Hotel ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens Ciampino liegt, ist es eine hervorragende Wahl für Reisende. Vielen Dank! 😊"

"Ich wünschte, ich hätte diese Unterkunft nie gebucht. Ich kam pünktlich zur angegebenen Check-in-Zeit (23:00 Uhr) an, die angeblich 21:00 Uhr war, aber in der E-Mail stand etwas anderes. Bei der Ankunft erlebte ich eine böse Überraschung! Die Türcodes funktionierten nicht, und niemand kam hinein. Wir erreichten schließlich jemanden telefonisch, und man bat uns, selbst nach einer Lösung zu suchen. Irgendwie schafften wir es eine Stunde später ins Gebäude. Aber das Schlimmste kam erst noch. Man hatte mir keine Zimmernummer mitgeteilt, und als Ausrede hieß es, man habe meine E-Mail-Adresse nicht. Absolut absurd! Ich musste noch viel länger warten, bis mir ein Zimmer zugewiesen wurde. Schrecklich! Ich wünschte, ich hätte dieses Hotel nicht gebucht, denn nachdem ich die Uhrzeit angegeben hatte, verbrachte ich den Beginn meines Urlaubs unter großem Stress (es war nach Mitternacht und ich hatte immer noch kein Zimmer, das ich bezahlt und bestätigt bekommen hatte). Die Organisation war katastrophal. Am Morgen war zwar eine sehr nette junge Dame an der Rezeption, aber sie konnte nicht viel tun. Wir vereinbarten daher einen Anruf mit der Zentrale für Montag. Dort rief man an, aber die Mitarbeiter hatten keine Ahnung von der Situation, und ich musste erneut hingehen und alles gut 30 Minuten lang erklären – ohne Erfolg. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen! Die schlimmste Erfahrung überhaupt!"

"Beautiful, clean rooms and friendly helpful reception staff. AC is effective and quiet. Small fridge in the room stocked with bottled water and Coke Cola. It is located near Ciampino airport but requires a taxi to and from the airport. We paid €25 for a taxi for 4am pickup to take to the airport. If using public transport Casabianca is nearest train station but was closed due to line maintenance during our visit, alternatively Acqua Acetosa is also nearby direct from Rome Termini, however it is a 30 minute walk through suburban streets some lacking in pavements and street lights."

"I liked the hotel very much, new, clean, there is everything necessary. Good and responsive hosts, helped at first request. Location is very convenient and affordable. To Champino Station 10 minutes in a rush walk, to Rome the terms 1.5€ one way, a penny and you are in the center, there is no point to pay for the center of Rome, trains go constantly and from the very morning. The area is quiet, the planes are almost unheard. Next to the station waiting a large 24-hour shop, the prices are cheap, eat there. There is a coffee machine, a teapot, in the morning have been drinking coffee in the room. In general, a beautiful new hotel in a good quiet area, good hosts, don't be afraid and book 😊"

"A very beautiful and comfortable house. The room is very close to the train station, with frequent train services to and from the city center, making transportation extremely convenient. The house has a separate shower and toilet area, a small balcony, and a kitchen for simple cooking. The staff were warm and friendly 🥰 Overall, a very satisfying stay."
