Bequeme Lage, eindrucksvolles Personalservice und sauberes Zimmer. Es war unser erstes Mal und wir planen schon wieder zurück. Das Eis auf der Kuchen war die kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade von Premium King zu Studio-Apartment. Danke Willy, der sowohl unsere Check-in als auch Check-out mit klaren Leitlinien unterstützt hat.

Ein Wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei Grand Mercure Batam ✨ Wir hatten einen wirklich angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt im Grand Mercure Batam. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als wir ankamen, wurden wir von der warmen und graciösen Gastfreundschaft des Personals begrüßt. Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und willkommen, und ihre echte Wärme und Ehrlichkeit machten uns sehr gut auf unsere ganze Unterkunft zu achten. Unser Zimmer war schön sauber, geräumig und komfortabel, bietet einen schönen Platz für unsere Familie, um zu entspannen und zu entspannen. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch wunderbar bequem, mit Einkaufszentren, beliebten lokalen Cafés und renommierten Meeresfood-Restaurants nur wenige Entfernungen entfernt. Es machte Batam zu erkunden und die lokale Lebensmittelszene zu genießen hart. Die Frühstückserfahrung war ein weiteres Highlight. Es gab eine beeindruckende Vielfalt von Wahlen, und alles, was wir versucht haben, war lecker und gut vorgestellt. Wir genossen besonders das gegrillte Fleisch, das außergewöhnlich geschmackvoll und sicherlich einer unserer Lieblingsarten war. Ein Bereich, der vielleicht verbessert werden könnte, ist die Lärmfestigkeit der Zimmer. Da wir mit einem Toddler reisen, konnten wir gelegentlich Fahrzeuglärm von außen hören, was unsere kleinen ein wenig störte Schlaf. Hoffentlich kann dies in Zukunft verbessert werden, um den Aufenthalt noch friedlicher für Familien zu machen. Insgesamt bietet Grand Mercure Batam uns einen schön komfortablen und erinnerlichen Aufenthalt, mit einer bequemen Lage, geräumigen und unverschämten Zimmern, leckeren Essen und wirklich warmen Gastfreundschaft. Wir genossen wirklich unsere Zeit hier und wären sehr froh, für einen weiteren entspannenden Aufenthalt in Batam zurückzukehren. 🤍✨

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Good location, but disappointed with the toilet issue This is my second time staying at this hotel, and overall, I still really like the place. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel also has a café, and the menu is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful when we raised our concerns. However, there were two issues that made me disappointed during this stay. Firstly, the toilet door was a little loose. Every time we closed the door, it would open again by itself, so it could not stay properly closed. Secondly, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. We informed the staff, and they did help us to improve the situation, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, the unpleasant smell came back again the next day. Overall, I still think this is a good hotel with a great location and facilities. I hope the management can look into these toilet issues more thoroughly to improve the experience for future guests.

Wert für Geld Aufenthalt. Tagesbedürfnisse bereitgestellt. In der Nähe von Essen und Einkaufsvierteln und Fährterminals. Tagsbräuche mehr auf chinesischen Küchen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Wird sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn die nächste Reise nach Batam.

Von den erfrischenden Willkommensgetränken bei der Ankunft zu den fantastischen Rabatten auf unseren Mahlzeiten war die Gastfreundschaft top-notch. Vielen Dank an das Team für die wunderbare Überraschungsgebäude Dekoration, einen leckeren Gebäudekage und singenit machte die Feier so besondere. Wir genossen auch unser entspannendes Spa-Paket. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Getaway!

Meine 3D2N Aufenthalt hier war so gut. Das Personal ist sehr willkommen. Ich habe für Geburtstags-Komplimentardekorationen gefragt, aber sie hatten das nicht und muss 250.000 idr zahlen, wenn sie wollen, aber ich wähle es nicht zu tun. So nett enttäuscht, aber da das Personal freundlich ist, so bin ich gut. Danke für alles. Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hier. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv meinen Freunden empfehlen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Excellent Stay with a Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages — BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, Alfamart, Indomaret, Fore Coffee, and plenty of local street food are all within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient and makes exploring the surrounding area so easy. The room was exceptionally clean, neat, well-organised, and smelled fresh and pleasant. Everything was well taken care of, which made the room very comfortable to return to after a long day. The only minor improvement I would suggest is some maintenance for the flooring and the bathroom door. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food to choose from, and the taste was genuinely good. There were plenty of options, so it was easy to find something enjoyable for breakfast. The service was also excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping teams were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm and professional service really made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of a fantastic location, cleanliness, good breakfast, and outstanding service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Batam. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a pleasant stay at Beverly Hotel Batam. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also convenient for getting around Batam. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay, and I’d be happy to come back again.

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.
