We were amazed by the service provided by all the staff at the hotel. The restaurant has exceeded our expectations given we had dinner included and just expected the basic. You could see how much care and attention they poured into every evening. It made us feel on a real resort. Breakfast was also incredible with cooked eggs, crepe, waffle, bacon etc for you. Buffet also available with staples. Housekeeping tidied our room beautifully every day and we stayed for a whole week. Not sure if this is the level throughout the year but if you go on high season you won't be disappointed. Good shower and bed quality too.There was also a great shuttle service included to the beach and port which was handy as we didn't have a car. We would definitely go back!

Dieses Hotel haben wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Es war nur ein Zimmer frei. Das war eine Suite. Unser Glück. Die Suite war sehr gross und hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen. Auf Grund der guten Schallisolierung der Fenster haben wir von dem ganzen Hafenbetrieb (Fähren) gar nix mitbekommen. Es waren die besten Betten auf unserer Sardinien- Reise. Die Sauberkeit war absolut top! Vielen Dank an das Personal. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet angeboten, man wird jedoch von Mitarbeitern des Hotels bedient (man sagt was man vom Buffet haben möchte). Das Frühstück wird auf einer überdachten Terrasse angeboten. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kommt schnell überall hin. Es befinden sich vielen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe (z.B. La Grotta). Es stehen leider keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Ein großer Parkplatz ist jedoch direkt vor der Tür (1 EUR/Std). Auf La Madallena gibt es viel zu sehen. Aber unbedingt die Nachbarinsel Caprera besuchen! Vielen herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Personal, hier insbesondere an Marialuisa. So eine nette, witzige und herzliche Person trifft man selten. Ebenfalls ein danke schön an Stefano. Dieses Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
