Ich ging nach Rom, um meine Schwester zu besuchen und entschieden, in diesem neu renovierten Hotel zu bleiben. Es sieht schön aus und alles ist brandneu. Ich buchte meine Reservierung mit Toni auf dem Frontdesk. Bei der harten Vernehmung war sie super freundlich und sehr geduldig mit mir. Sie war froh, persönlich zu treffen. Rita aus dem Restaurantbereich, hatte immer ein Lächeln und hält das Essen sehr sauber und organisiert. Das kontinentale Frühstück war großartig! Alle im Hotel waren nett und freundlich. Die Betten waren super komfortabel, und die Zimmer waren auch schön dekoriert. Ich werde sicherlich auf meiner nächsten Reise nach Rom zurück zu diesem Hotel gehen. Danke für alles!

Ungewöhnlich erschien es, dass einige Leute ein warmes Frühstück hatten, wenn sie früher ankamen als wir. Es gab kleine Schalen, die Eier und Sauce gehalten hatten. Ich bin nicht sicher, was das war. Zwei seltsame Dinge: 1. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht die erste Nacht gereinigt, obwohl ich nach dem Mittagessen spezifische Fragen dazu gestellt hatte, als es die Hausbetreuung scheinte weg. Front Desk machte einen Hinweis, aber niemand kam zu reinigen. Ich habe wieder angerufen und das Front Desk sagte, ich musste um Reinigung bitten. OK. Ich beantrage offiziell, zum zweiten Mal, um Reinigung. 2. Front Desk hat Wasser in einem kleinen Kühlschrank gerade aus Sicht. Wenn Sie es bitten, geben sie Ihnen eine Flasche.
