Pros - they actually had a towel rack near the sink. Many hotels are forgoing this for some reason. The towels themselves where very plush, and the coffee maker can provide two cups of coffee simultaneously. Cons - Extremely poor design of the shower. In order to turn the water one, and it starts cold, very cold, there is no way to turn it on unless you’re STANDING IN THE SPRAY!! The shower has two glass panels one is a glass wall and one is a door. Of course, the solid glass panel is the one next to the spigot. The only way to reach the spigot is to get into the shower and turn it on and there is no way to predict where the water is going to hit and the nozzle is to high up to reach for most people. As a result you get to start your day with a nice cold blast of water from head to toe! But don’t worry this is in lieu of coffee. They do provide coffee in the room but if you go down to the lobby after 9:30AM there is no coffee. Period! Most hotels provide coffee in the lobby throughout the day – not this one and if you don’t have your tail feathers down in the lobby by 9:30AM you are SOL. We booked this hotel to stay their New year’s eve night and New year’s morning the maid decides it’s a grand idea to knock on our door at 9AM in the morning to see if we need service!! There are signs all over the room stating if you need service you have to let them know otherwise, they won’t bother you. Apparently, this does not apply to the day of check out even though checkout is at noon and it was a Saturday and New Year’s day to boot. I called and complained about it and was told – well you should have put your sign out that you were not to be deserved. And I replied that is absolutely no excuse given the date and that check out is not until noon! I will not be coming back and would recommend not staying here unless you like cold showers, no coffee, and being waken up early by the maid. FYI that this hotel also requires that you pay for parking and breakfast.

Sie würde mir überhaupt kein Zimmer geben, es fühlte sich an, als ob ich nicht wieder zahlte. Wohlgemerkt, ich habe 95 oder 97 Dollar nach Steuern bezahlt, auf keinen Fall würde ich das aufgeben und dem Hotel mehr Geld geben. NEIN. Schließlich rief sie ihren Manager an, was sie eigentlich hätte tun sollen, und er sprach mit ihr darüber, wie sie den Fehler beheben könnte. Darüber bin ich immer noch wütend. Es war mein erstes Mal hier und ich brauchte über eine STUNDE, um in ein Zimmer zu kommen. Aus diesem Grund kam ich zu spät zu meiner Online-Konferenz zur Arbeit. LÄCHERLICH!!!!!! Abgesehen von ihr war das Hotelzimmer sehr gemütlich und beruhigend. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem, ebenso das Sofa im Zimmer. Ich mag es, dass sie auch im Badezimmer Neutrogena-Produkte verwenden. Sieht aus wie ein aktualisierter Bodenbelag im Flur und im Badezimmer, was wirklich süß war. Ich empfehle, hier zu bleiben, da ich sicher bin, dass der oben genannte Vorfall nicht die ganze Zeit passiert. Das Frühstück am Morgen war gut, sehr höfliche Frau serviert. Alle Mitarbeiter trugen Masken und ich bemerkte, dass ein paar regelmäßig Desinfektionsmittel verwendeten. . . Ich werde wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten.

Das Hilton Garden Inn liegt verkehrsgünstig im direkten Bereich der Autobahn. Dies ist nun auch ein kleines Problem. Die Fenster zu den Zimmern sind anscheinend nicht schallisoliert. Der Verkehrslärm kommt daher sehr laut ins Zimmer - mich störte dies beim Schlafen. Ansonsten war es im gesamten Hotel sehr ruhig. Weiteres Manko ist die Schiebetür zum Bad. Eine richtige abschließende Tür zum Bad/zur Toilette gibt es nicht. Die Privatsphäre leidet darunter etwas. Das Frühstück ist US-like eher spardanisch - wer meint, eine europäisches Frühstücksbuffet zu bekommen, der irrt. Nicht einmal der Kaffee wird in echten Tassen ausgeschenkt. Schade. Die Zimmer ist ausreichend groß. Warum für das Wasser 2 $ pro Flasche berechnt werden, ist mir schleiherhaft. In Las Vegas waren sie umsonst. Kaffee und Tee wird konstenfrei im Zimmer angeboten. Über die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter kann nichts negatives berichtet werden. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir waren einige Tage zuvor im Hilton Garden Inn in Las Vegas. Dort war in der Gesamtschau wesentlich besser.

Ich wartete auf jemanden, zu entscheiden, was er von der Verkaufsmaschine wollte, da ich mit unserem Gepäck einen Trolley drückte. Das gleiche Problem trat am Morgen auf, als ich versuchte, das Auto zu packen. Meine Familie und ich erreichten das kostenlose Frühstück innerhalb der vorgesehenen Zeit. Der Hotelbedienstete schien schon Lebensmittel wegzulegen oder das Hotel hat nicht so viel Essen für Gäste zu essen. Wir schienen nicht nur Hotelgäste, die das kostenlose Frühstück nicht erhalten haben. Es gab eine andere Familie und ein Hotelgäst. Der Hotelgäst bat den Mitarbeiter, die Eier und Sauce zu füllen. Die Mitarbeiter schien die Anfrage nicht zu erfüllen, obwohl wir alle da waren, bevor das Frühstück um 9 Uhr geschlossen ist. Mein Frau und ich gingen zurück in unser Zimmer zu essen eine Kuchen Cheerios, die wir für unsere Reise gepackt haben. Wir haben in sieben Hotels mit insgesamt 15 Nächten dieses Jahr geblieben.
