We are just home from a 3 night stay in the Napoli Palace and Spa. The hotel is stunning, well located, outwith the busy city centre but less than a 5 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and close by the football stadium. The staff were all welcoming and attentive and were always happy to help with any requests we had. The room was a generous size and the free upgrade for booking directly on the hotel website was a very welcome touch. The bathroom was stunning and spacious with a rainfall shower. There was a balcony and the window was equipped with an electric shade which was a nice touch. We could not figure out how to work the air conditioning and as a couple from Scotland this meant it was stifling in the room (Yes even in February) We booked the Wellness package which included a ”half board” dining plan and SPA access - the reason this review is only 3 stars. Half Board at this hotel is NOT half board, it is bed and breakfast with dinner 1 night of your stay - this is not made clear on the website, booking confirmation or on arrival at the hotel. The restaurant was always quiet (one or two tables in dining during our stay) so I cannot fathom a reason why they cannot include a proper half board option. The dishes served a la carte in the restaurant were pretentious and overpriced, it would be much busier if they served a simple Napoli style pizza/pasta menu at reasonable prices (The pizza restaurant next door was always busy and served delicious food). It is sad to read the reviews of a hotel with restaurant all comment on the food a neighbouring establishment. Breakfast was nice but a limited selection. SPA access - the spa is small but lovely and convenient, however, the SPA access included with your upgraded package is 1 x 60 minute session per person throughout your entire stay, not unlimited as you might expect. Additional time in the SPA can be purchased at 35 Euros Per person for 60 minutes use. They also offer beauty treatments which I can't comment on as I didn't partake. Overall we had a lovely experience here, the one thing that would have improved it tremendously was better clarity regarding the half-board and spa entry.

Das oberen Etagen Restaurant ist im Allgemeinen, die Landschaft ist sehr gut. Es ist seltsam, dass das Hotel Restaurant zu essen, die Speisegebühren sind gezahlt, das Hotel hat die Vorabgenehmigung für die Speisegebühren für 116 Euro mit unserer Kreditkarte Mitte der Nacht gemacht. Ich fragte Trip.com nachher. Trip.com sagte, dass das Hotel besorgt sei, dass die Kreditkartenbeträge nicht genug sind, wenn wir aufhalten. Es ist wirklich unsachgemäß, mehrere hundert Euro pro Nacht zu verbringen, Das Hotel hat Angst, dass wir 116 Euro nicht zahlen können. Wenn Sie nach der Antiquitätenstadt von Babe gehen, können Sie an der Hoteltür einen Taxi zurückrufen. Zwei Stunden bis zur Abfahrt von Babe, kosten Sie 100 Euro. Besuchen Sie die Antiquitätenstadt von Babe ist besser als eine Reiseleiterin an der Tür. Die Reiseleiterin hier ist sehr professionell und erklären Sie es ernst, 150 Euro einmal, sehr wert.

In diesem Hotel passt alles. Ein Grandhotel in Italien, wie man es sich vorstellt. Wunderbare Aussicht, schönes Gebäude -solche Marmorböden findet man sonst nur im Vatikan-, qualitätvolle Stilmöbel des Empire, hervorragendes Essen und -der Höhepunkt!- ein überaus freundliches, herzliches Personal, das sich bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man merkt, wenn jemand seine Arbeit mit Liebe und Hingabe macht! Ein Traum auch die Dachterrasse mit Bar und Restaurants, sowohl was Essen betrifft, als auch Aussicht und hochwertiges modernes Design. In der Innenstadt hätte unser Zimmer einen besseren Schallschutz vertragen. Da derzeit aber ohnehin -nicht störende- Renovierungsarbeiten im Gang sind, wird das sicher auch noch verbessert. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind ruhiger, haben aber nicht den traumhaften Blick über die Bucht.

Mala ubicación, sector feo y sucio. Lugares de atracciones turísticas están bastante alejados. Desayuno muy básico No tiene aparcamiento propio. Almohadas deficientes Ducha muy pequeña y 2 jaboncitos chicos para 4 días. Aseo deficiente, sobre todo en el baño y mucamas sin presentación personal . No hay lugar para guardar maletas en recepción . La mayoría del personal no habla inglés. Lo mejor es el personal masculino de recepción muy amables. 👏👏👏 Publicidad engañosa la entregada por tripadvisor ( fotos) . No recomendable.

Mein Partner und ich blieben zu Beginn des Mai bei Metro 900 für 4 Nächte. Das Personal war wirklich untergebracht. Wir kamen einige Stunden früh vor der Zeit zu prüfen. Sie waren genügend freundlich, um unsere Gepäck zu lagern, bis wir rechtzeitig überprüfen konnten, was uns die Möglichkeit gab, das Gebiet zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, das Bett war komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war sauber und die Dusche war schön. Wir waren besorgt, dass wir über Nacht Geräusche vom Bahnhof hören würden, aber die Zimmer waren sehr gut geräuschbeständig. Wir schliefen wirklich gut während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Frühstück war wirklich nett und so war der Kaffee. Sie hatten ein kochiertes Frühstück, frisches Brot, Obst, frisches Obstsaft, Gemüse, Toast und Getreide. Es war mehr als genug Sorte für uns, es war auch sehr gute Qualität und sie halten es immer voll. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt und das Personal war sehr angenehm. Es war in einer sehr guten Lage, da der Bahnhof so nah war, aber wir verbrachten die meisten unserer Zeit zu Fuß überall. Die einzige Kritik wäre, schöner Toilettenpapier zu haben, da es ein wenig schrecklich war und Füße Kissen haben. Vielleicht auch die Möglichkeit, eine frühere Kontrolle und kostenloses Flaschenwasser zu haben. Wir würden definitiv zurück nach Metro 900.

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt. Gute Lage. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Jacuzzi. Sehr komfortabeles Bett und Matratzen. Großes Badezimmer mit nassem Zimmer und Dusche. Sehr nett und freundliches Personal, das sehr hilfreich war. Ich würde gerne zurückkommen und hier bleiben. Einige Fragen waren, dass der TV nicht mit dem Internet verbunden war und einige Badezimmerausstattung war etwas los. Aber insgesamt sehr glücklich mit dem Aufenthalt.
