Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist sehr durchschnittlich, was den Preis überhaupt nicht wert ist. Der Boden wird wahrscheinlich nicht einmal im Jahr gewischt. Die Füße des Kindes sind nach ein paar Malen auf dem Boden ganz schwarz. Die Umgebung ist immer noch wunderschön und der Meerblick ist sehr angenehm. Der Service ist sehr unfreundlich. Ich habe schon in anderen Resorts übernachtet und das Servicepersonal war immer Bula, Bula, mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht, was hier selten vorkommt.
Erwähnenswert ist auch, dass für den Zimmerservice eine Liefergebühr von 10 F JD erhoben wird. Wir haben keine Ahnung davon und niemand hat es jemals erwähnt. Es passiert jedes Mal. Alles in allem sehr unbefriedigend.

Beautiful stay at this quite new modern style hotel surrounded by lagoon! But it’s sad that there is no beach to enjoy there.
*room- it’s small but they have everything we need and amenities is quite good and they bring us enough tea en coffee during our stay. They maintain a room quite clean so it was very comfortable staying here. We can see it’s new and good design as well!
*breakfast-variety choice of food that you can fully enjoy! They even had a Mimosa drink and you will never get bored with beautiful and tasty food they prepare!
*facility- it’s quite big so to reach to the infinity pool it takes time to get there on foot and there was not enough baggy so had to walk all the way there. And even though this hotel itself is big but infinity pool is quite small and each seat is too close to each other so I felt it’s a hit congested and didn’t feel so relax being there. But surroundings are beautiful we can see mountains and oceans. Blue lagoon view from our room was also beautiful!
*Stuffs- sorry to compare to other hotel but some of the stuffs are not as friendly as other stuffs we met at other hotel. Some are lovely but I felt they’re so tired of helping us. But the driver who helped us to give us a loft to the airport, he was very friendly and nice, we can see he is willing to help us and made us comfortable till the end of our trip! Thank you Maffie! ( sorry not sure about spelling ) And the receptionist lady was very attentive when we checked in-Sweta, she was willing to prepare a room for us even we arrived a bit early than the check-in time, thank you!

Be Cautious!. As i no longer was using the card i originally booked with, the resort took out the funds when i booked, and then when having to leave, i had to pay again. I was told the original deductions were pre-authorisations, even though they fully came out of my account. I am struggling to get a response from the Hotel, as i have essentially double paid for my stay now and am owed $2,652.85, which is a lot of money, and am not getting any response or proof that the refund has occurred. I was also charged for meals while i was there, even though i had purchased the dining escape package, so they had to cancel the 2nd payment i made, and i had to make a 3rd payment. So please please please check your bills carefully...
This resort has it all. From extremely good restaurants, to activities for everyone, to facilities, entertainment, and service.
Every restaurant was perfect! From buffet breakfasts and dinners, to the assortment of lunches.
The rooms were extremely well kept and maintained, and very comfortable and spacious, no matter on land, or over the water.
The facilities were fantastic, from adult only pool, to A+ gym, to restrooms, to lounges and live entertainment.
I highly recommend spoiling yourself and booking this hotel, for a truly special experience you will not forget.
