Room was very small as compared to shown in photos ac not cooling in room dining was available only after evening that to was very costly no toileteris were available which was mentioned

Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The hotel was not worth for value. There were many cockroachs and other insects. It was horrible to face such uncomfortable and unhygienic stay. I brought it to the notice of arif who was at reception counter. It was mind disturbing stay. Please, don't market such stay as travellers trust you.

Shady rooms, unclean toilets and the staff is not great in behaviour and response. In some of their rooms mobile connection is not available, which makes it very inconvenient and even the wifi connection is intermittent. It's a shady hotel and a big no for anyone who wishes to go.

We booked this place for a night because it’s quiet near to gateway of india. But our experience was horrible. This hotel is in 5 th floor it can reached only via lift there is no stairs and the pathway looks like dungeon room was not like what it is shown in the picture. Too small with no ventilation. We literally felt breathe less while sleeping. Coming to restroom it stinks badly it was not at all clean. There were cockroaches. Bed sheets were not washed. Over all it was a poor experience i wouldn’t recommend this place. It is clearly 0/10. Thank you
