Everything was delightful, the manager was always there to support any request and question I had. The staff is unbeatable. If you are into ecological, vanguard, and elegant places, this is a most for you to stay. Everything from the food to the room amenities were a top 5 in my guest house’s favs.

The rooms are very lovely, the staff is helpful, everyone is very friendly, breakfast and dinners highly recommended , the area is te best place to stay in México City!! Thanks for made me fell better than at home!! I will definitely come back :)

Well-appointed and quiet small hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. All of the staff were excellent and helpful with planning activities and transportation through my five-day stay. I look forward to returning to Roso Guest House in the future.

The overall property was great. The staff was kind and very helpful. The rooms was a little but worn. The bed was too stiff. Pillows were too soft. The AC unit’s light above the bed was too bright.

Beautiful property! Very quiet property and a doorman always there to see you in and out of building. In house breakfast (maybe dinner too?) not lively & limited options. Not a bad thing, just depends on what you’re looking for. Felt very safe entire time. You don’t see staff very often but they communicate via WhatsApp and are very helpful and professional. The person who cleaned our room did an excellent job and organized everything very neatly. Great location near trendy restaurants (average 6-10 min walk).

Beautiful boutique hotel in swanky Roma Norte . The check in is rather unusual with too many documents to sign. Hotel room was spacious, bedding exceptional. Bathroom was well designed and practical. One bath robe for two customers (should not have to ask) and the size is ideal if you 5”4 or shorter. Food was affordable however sub standard for such establishment. Staff was extremely helpful .

The staff were great! We felt welcomed and well cared for. The facilities were very clean, and the breakfast on the roof was really good. The neighborhood is very safe and it is super convenient to walk to many great places for food, shopping, sightseeing. Getting an Uber is fast and very affordable. I recommend getting a SIM card, they are super cheap, if your phone doesn't work.
