Mein Partner und ich hatten die Gelegenheit, am Ende September 2022 in Cove zu bleiben. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und jedes Zimmer hat eine schöne und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir wurden von Maddy auf dem Frontdesk unterstützt, der nicht hilfreich war! Sie gab uns viele Restaurant- und Aktivitätsempfehlungen. Sie empfahl die Lake Geneva Bootstour, die erstaunlich war! Wir werden sicher zurückkommen!

Übersteigt meine Erwartungen. Sie gewann einen Aufenthalt hier bei einer Kirchenauktion. Sie war nie zuvor im Genf See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, auch wenn ich vergessen habe, mein Zertifikat aus dem gewinnenden Auktionsangebot ... Sie fragten nur, dass ich es poste, wenn ich nach Hause kam! Zimmer auf einer Seite des Hotels gegenüber dem See Genf, die andere Seite gegenüber einem Park. Beide sind sehr nett. Wandern in Duschen sind großartig! Und auch geschätzt der Keurig Kaffeemacher im Zimmer. Betten und Kissen waren sehr komfortabel. Und der See ist gerade über die Straße, sehr nahe an den Seetourbooten.

Wir genossen alles über unseren zwei-nachtlichen Aufenthalt. Das Bett war komfortabel, das Hotel-Gemeinschaftsraum und das große Zimmer war sauber, alle Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir interagierten, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wurde inbegriffen und bietet viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Die Lage war bequem, obwohl wir die halbe Meile zum Hauptgebiet des Genfer Sees fahren, da wir wussten, dass wir dort viel zu Fuß machen würden. Unser Zimmer 208 war über dem Aufzug, aber wir hörten nicht und die Leute benutzen es. Der Blick vom Zimmer war ein Dach, so dass der Teil nicht so gut war!

The staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Room provided everything I needed and had a large tv to help relax when I had extra time. Would definitely recommend.

Upon check in late in the evening the night auditor was overwhelmed. He was trying to call a manager for another issue with no luck. It appeared that some other guests would have to stay elsewhere for the night. Fortunately my key had been issued earlier in the day and was ready. I had called the previous evening about the availability of the EV outlet on the out building. The woman I spoke to had never heard of it but went outside to confirm it existed. She said she would leave a note for maintenance to turn on the outlet for me the next day. Arrived and fortunately found the parking space I needed to plug in available but the outlet was dead. The poor night auditor had never heard of the outlet either and could not help. Fortunately there was a Tesla supercharger 1.5 miles away. If I had been driving a different EV I would have been SOL. That and the parking space for the outlet was not marked for EV use. By the time I returned a gas powered vehicle had taken the spot. The ”gee willikers you drive a Tesla!” response from the front desk staff in the morning solidified the fact that this property is not ready for EV drivers. Too bad. The welcome bag in the room with cheese curds and a mini bottle of red wine was a nice touch. The road noise from Highway 12 was significant in the morning. Get a room in the front of the property if you prefer a quiet room.
