The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.

戴戴蕾Das Hotel war anständig für den Preis, aber da es direkt in der Nähe der Bourbon Straße, es wird ziemlich laut in der Nacht, wenn Sie planen, in Ihrem Zimmer zu sein. Es ist jedoch in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars im Zentrum. Es gab eine Kleidung auf dem Deckel und eine der Handtücher, aber der Rest des Zimmers war sehr gut gereinigt von der Person.

SShi Luna Ich blieb eine Nacht nach meiner ersten Buchung. Der Service blieb genauso ausgezeichnet. Ohhh bitten Sie auf dem Frontdesk um Hilfe mit einem Taxi zum Flughafen. Viel günstiger als Uber oder Aufzug.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist gut gelegen und vom Flughafen aus leicht zu erreichen. Ich habe mich als Alleinreisender dort sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die einzigen Nachteile waren, dass mein Zimmer bei meiner Ankunft um 15:30 Uhr noch nicht fertig war und ich warten musste, und dass das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber war (ein paar Haare in der Dusche). Ansonsten kann ich es empfehlen.

AAnonymer BenutzerDie geografische Lage des Hotels ist auch gut, in der Nähe der Französischen Debbie Street, das Frühstück des Hotels ist sehr allgemein, sehr einfach, das Licht ist dunkel, die Einstellung ist auch ziemlich alt, das Hotel-Restaurant ist immer noch empfehlenswert, die Zucht muss es versuchen, die mexikanische Küche ist auch gut, Amerikaner sagen, New Orleans ist der beste Ort für Amerikas Essen, und ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass die ganze Lebenszeit einen Versuch wert ist.

GGastnutzerThe hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room.
When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology.
Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating!
It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult.
The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program.
Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025?

Tout était parfait : la propreté des chambres était irréprochable, la literie très confortable, ce qui m’a permis de profiter d’un sommeil de qualité. L’accueil était professionnel et chaleureux, et chaque détail était soigné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit où se sentir bien et se reposer pleinement.

GGuest UserWir reservierten diese Reise für einen Geburtstagsbehandlung. Wir dachten, das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und hatte ein massives TV. Wir hatten ein Bad & Dusche & ein King-size-Bett. Es ist neben Bourbon Street so laut Musik, aber Ohrspüler werden geliefert. Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind extrem hilfreich & bieten empfohlene Restaurants & Orte, die Lebensmittel an das Hotel liefern
Wir haben nicht den Fitnessraum oder Pool verwendet, aber wir würden dieses Hotel für die Lage sehr empfehlen. 5 Minuten vom Mississippi River
