We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic — very close to Bourbon Street and all the action of the French Quarter, but just far enough away that you don’t hear all the noise and hustle and bustle at night. The hotel itself is lovely, neat and clean, and the pool is absolutely amazing! Our room was comfortable and very nice overall. The staff at the hotel were also incredibly friendly, pleasant and welcoming. We arrived early and were charged $40 for early check-in. While we completely understand that early check-in may come with an additional charge, it did feel a little unnecessary when the room was already available. A complimentary early check-in in that situation would have been a really nice touch. There were also a couple of small housekeeping issues. Some of the toiletry dispensers in our room hadn’t been refilled, and we found a random grape on the floor that had obviously been missed during cleaning. Nothing major, but definitely something that could be improved. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Our food took nearly 45 minutes to arrive, and whenever we asked our waiter about it, he was quite rude and dismissive and seemed to simply brush us off. After such a long wait, the food was only average, which made the experience even more disappointing. His attitude really let down what had otherwise been such a positive experience with the hotel staff. Overall, we really liked the hotel, especially the location, pool, rooms and friendly hotel staff. We would absolutely stay here again, but based on our experience, we would skip the restaurant and have breakfast somewhere else

The hotel was located in a great area. Service was professional and friendly. The dining room for dinner and cocktails was closed; bummer. The breakfast dining was limited. Belgium waffles were their specialty. Lunch items were a couple of soups, a salad, and 2 entrees. The rooms were clean however we had to change rooms due to a constant running toilet. The desk had mentioned compensation but we have not received any this far and we have yet to receive our email receipt.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Valet took excellent care of my vehicle with no restrictions (in/out 24/7). Other hotels don’t let you take the vehicle in/out or you’ll be charged each time. There was also public parking one block away. The hotel is one block away from bourbon street. The rooms had a balcony so we could enjoy the scenery. There is a restaurant in the hotel but didn’t use because of the limit of food selection and also the first night it was booked for a private event and couldn’t even get food. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

I loved the comfortable room, it was in a good location and had great esthetics. Jamal was so helpful and ensured that we knew great places to eat. It was also very walkable to a lot of things.
