The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay. In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

I simply must commend the management on their groundbreaking, complimentary wellness program. I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress? Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let one’s circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. It’s a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for! And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise. The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to! So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.

Ich blieb eine Nacht nach meiner ersten Buchung. Der Service blieb genauso ausgezeichnet. Ohhh bitten Sie auf dem Frontdesk um Hilfe mit einem Taxi zum Flughafen. Viel günstiger als Uber oder Aufzug.

Dieser Ort ist sehr nah und laut. Es ist sehr nahe Quartiere und kein Sound-Beleg. Sie können das Fernsehen von allen im Halle hören und Ihr Zimmer, Leute schreien am Telefon, Türen schlafen, Menschen auf einem anderen Stock Eis, Leute draußen auf dem schönen Patio, Wasser dauerte immer im Tauchen, um nach unten zu gehen, schwarze Schrank, die sie Ihnen geben, war so schrecklich, Sie sah aus wie Schnitt oder Samen, die auf sie gespült wurden. Haare waren überall. Ich sage das mit dem Verständnis, dass Haare schwerer zu erheben. Es war in unserem Bett, überall in der Dusche. Ich weiß, dass Sie keine Kinder sagen können, aber das ist kein Ort für kleine Kinder, um zu laufen und in Hallen sprechen bc alles kann so klar hören. Keine Beweise oder Wetter*****ping unter den Türen, so gibt es eine große Lücke. Vielleicht 1.5 Zoll unter den Türen, die das Klang nicht helfen. Schöner Ort, in einer schnüffelhaften und ankommenden Nachbarschaft. Sie haben nur Straßenparkplätze, die reichlich war und sagte, es gab Sicherheit durch die Nachbarschaft. Sie haben sie nie gesehen, aber unsere Autos waren gut. Gute Idee für eine kleine Nachbarschaft Hostel/Hotel. Dekor war einfach und so schön im ganzen und es kommt mit einem MW und Kühlschrank. Der beigefügte Kaffee und Bar war schön.

Sehr gut und sehr charakteristische Erfahrung. Es gibt Kaffee am Tag im Halle und es gibt Macaron am Abend! Das Zimmer ist sauber und hat auch eine südliche Stimmung. Die Lage des Verkehrs ist auch relativ bequem. Insgesamt ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und vom Flughafen aus leicht zu erreichen. Ich habe mich als Alleinreisender dort sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die einzigen Nachteile waren, dass mein Zimmer bei meiner Ankunft um 15:30 Uhr noch nicht fertig war und ich warten musste, und dass das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber war (ein paar Haare in der Dusche). Ansonsten kann ich es empfehlen.

Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist auch gut, in der Nähe der Französischen Debbie Street, das Frühstück des Hotels ist sehr allgemein, sehr einfach, das Licht ist dunkel, die Einstellung ist auch ziemlich alt, das Hotel-Restaurant ist immer noch empfehlenswert, die Zucht muss es versuchen, die mexikanische Küche ist auch gut, Amerikaner sagen, New Orleans ist der beste Ort für Amerikas Essen, und ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass die ganze Lebenszeit einen Versuch wert ist.

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free
