Upon checking into my room, there were bugs. Ants, cockroaches, spiders, and the room itself inside had dirty paw prints as if the police had used that stuff to catch fingerprints. It was awful. I was able to move to a different room. I saw the same, excluding the bugs. When I went to take a shower, the showerhead was not working. I had to run the bath and wash myself the best way that I could. I reported this to front desk and they said they would send someone over but they never did. I asked for compensation back, as this was my first trip to New Orleans. I was told because I’ve booked with a third-party. I would have to talk to them. I talked to the third-party and they called the hotel and said that it is the hotel that would reimburse you and they declined. It was a worst hotel. I think I’ve ever stayed in. I felt clean the entire time because of the state of the rooms this place should be condemned and torn down. But on the Viator website, they gave this hotel four stars but when you google it, it’s only 2. Apparently that site does not that or check other reviews and it’s up to the consumer to say or do anything about it. It also said there was a view from the room, but my room all I could see was the ice machine the pool, which is very small. There were so many people that I decided not to jump in. They truly ruined my stay in Nola!!!!
