We ate in Rozzers Restaurant and the food and service was excellent and very good value. We had a voucher which was on my phone which I had forgot to bring. We explained this to Derek and we agreed to call with the voucher details later which was no problem. This a beautiful hotel in a stunning location with fabulous staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Absolute best accommodations and location in our entire Ireland experience. Beautifully appointed, charming, pristine, great location. Dining in Rozzers was first class for both dinner and breakfast. Top notch chef and friendly separate bar area. Reception staff , both Michael and Eileen so helpful . Charming, decor is warm and typical of Irish hospitality, not a cold feeling like some large hotels. Next trip we will base out of this location, close to Killarney and travel from there. Mountain and lake views specatular. Cannot say enough about how wonderful we were treated and how well kept this boutique hotel with a B&B enhanced our experience.

We recently stayed for 3 nights at Killeen House having read the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. While we had major complaints about the hotel we were left wondering why it had been given so many excellent reviews. On the plus the hotel was in a quiet area outside of Killarney and was spotlessly clean. In addition the staff on the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was ok but quite small but what the let the hotel down was the service in the bar (how difficult is it to serve a Gin and diet tonic) and in Rozzers at both breakfast and on the one evening we ate there. The breakfast buffet was quite limited and the food in the evening was ok but didn’t quite match the prices. I think the restaurant and bar staff tried their best but clearly lacked training or appropriate supervision.

This was a surprise. I was overnight in Killarney passing through & stumbled upon this hidden gem. It is a family run hotel in a historic house. Would love to inow more about the history of the house. Good value for money plus there is an award winning restaurant but I was too late for that but it was full so make sure you book. Staff were friendly & very accommodating. Will definitely return. Set in a stunning location. The real deal.

Far exceeded our expectations from a stunning location, friendly staff who go above and beyond and a lovely warm welcome. 2 friends in 2 rooms and both were excellent, comfortable and everything catered for. Breakfast choices really were excellent, food delicious and well presented. We had dinner one night and were blown away by the quality of the food and the lovely atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Cannot wait to return and will recommend any chance possible. Thank you

This hotel was my favorite place that we stayed at during our 8 day vacation to Southern Ireland. Location was beautiful and close to downtown. Parking was easy, the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful too. The included breakfast was delicious and the dining room was pretty. My room and bathroom were clean and big. I didn't hear any noise outside my room when it was time for bed. In addition....this hotel is very affordable!!!!! Thank you so much!

I stayed here briefly for work. This hotel is hospitality as it should be, which is rare to find these days. The property was very well maintained, inside and out. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens and towels were so soft. The staff were very accommodating and it was lovely to be greeted by Seamus when we arrived.

For me, the USP of any hotel is their staff and Killeen House Hotel certainly does not disappoint. From prior communications by phone and from the moment of our arrival each staff member could not have been more warm, welcoming and helpful - very much appreciated especially as we were accompanied by our St. Bernard! The setting is stunning overlooking the Reeks, the breakfast very tasty and the Guinness was top class ! To all at Killeen House - thank you so much. We'll be back !
