Sehr schönes Resort Service sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, Sehr große, sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit viel Stauraum (sep. Ankleidebereich) und großem Bad, sehr bequemes Bett, viel Sportmöglichkeiten, insbesondere Wassersport (sogar Wasserski, Schnorcheln mit Boot) sind inklusive. Essen ist sehr vielfältig. Wir haben nur das Buffet ausprobiert, es gibt jedoch auch „A la Carte“ Optionen. Gutes WLAN/ Wifi! Verbesserungsvorschläge wären: frischer O-Saft, Pool-/Strandtaschen zur Benutzung im Resort, Gratis Wasser (mehr als eine kleine Flasche pro Tag), tägliche Kaffeekapseln auf den Zimmern, Timing der Abendshows anpassen, d.h. nicht zu Essenszeiten.

Die Familie Smoll, möchte sich recht herzlich bei allen Mitarbeitern des Anelia Resort & Spa für den zuvorkommendem und Gastfreundlichen Empfang bedanke. Wir waren am Tag unserer Ankunft, dem 01.10.2021, nach ca. 1 1⁄2 Jahren der durch Corona bedingten Schließung, die ersten ausländischen Gäste in Haus. Wir haben uns in den 14 Tage unseres Urlaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind trotz, der bestehenden Sprachbarriere (wir sprechen leider nicht französisch oder englisch) uns immer freundlich und zuvorkommend gegenübergetreten. Wir haben lange im Voraus diesen Urlaub geplant, da hier ein runder und persönlicher Feiertag eine für und sehr wichtige Rolle spielt. An diesem Tag hat uns das Hotel die Möglichkeit eröffnet, ein Candle light dinner am Strand, für uns persönlich auszurichten, dies wurde ein perfekter Abend. Wir wüschen den Mitarbeitern des Hause für die Zukunft alles Gute, freundliche und aufgeschlossene Gäste die auch über Kleinigkeiten im Alltagsleben hinwegsehen können. The hotel is not bad, they cleaned room every day. The food was not varied, there were no fresh vegetables at breakfast, but there were some at lunch and dinner. And there were fruits only at breakfast and mostly melon, watermelon, pineapple. Local alcohol. Spa is expensive. The incident with the excursion really spoiled the holiday. We agreed with a local beach boy, I attached a photo of his documents, about an individual boat trip for the purpose of swimming with dolphins and fishing. We agreed on a walking time from 7.00 to 12.00, cost 700 euro. In the morning he wrote that the motor was broken, I asked to return the advance payment, then he replied that the boat would be at 8.00. They came for us at 9.30, we paid the rest, drove us around for an hour, saw dolphins, but there was no fishing, and brought us back to the hotel. A woman was waiting for us on the shore and said that Jason had paid her only 200 euro for an one hour of walking and asked her to leave the boat. On the shore, we sorted things out for a long time, called this Jason Callatchan, he answered from her phone and said that he would return the money at 15.00 and bring it to the hotel. He did not come and did not answer calls. In the evening we walked to the police station, told this story, to which serious guys in uniform answered us: go to the beach tomorrow morning at 9.00 am, find this Jaison and bring him to us. Then we all realized that this is just an organized crime group and everyone there is tied up, including the cops. Advice: buy excursions from a tour operator. We came as independent travelers, so we looked for everything ourselves and this is the sad result.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the charming Valerie 😀 and showed us to our apartment. Spacious and clean rooms, the apartments have everything you need for your stay, each room has air conditioning. Our morning started with breakfast on the terrace accompanied by birdsong overlooking the pool and garden 🤩. The pool is clean, surrounded by greenery and equipped with secluded relaxation areas. Walking distance to Flic-en-Flac beach is 20 minutes, by car 3 minutes. There are no shops or cafes within walking distance of Villasan; For a comfortable stay, use a rented car. Villasun Hotel has on-site parking and friendly security. I would definitely recommend these apartments, our holiday was wonderful. We will definitely come back here ;)

Das Hotel war nicht das, was ich von einem 5-Sterne erwartet hatte. Ich glaube, sie werden in diesem Jahr Renovierungen durchführen. Ich hatte die Hälfte des Board und wollte auf alle inklusive aufzubauen, aber sie nicht alle inklusive bieten, hätte ich das vorher gewußt, ich hätte nicht Buch in diesem Hotel. So war das Vollboard und zusätzliche Rs8000 und Sie konnten nur 2 Glas Wein oder zwei Bier enthalten. Ich kann nicht verstehen, wie das Hotel nicht sehen kann, dass dies die Gäste dazu ermutigt, Alkohol außerhalb des Hotels zu kaufen. Jedenfalls waren die Barpersonal außergewöhnlich, um Sie sich willkommen zu fühlen und wirklich meine Tochter für ihren Geburtstag zu ruinieren. Ein spezieller Typ namens Sahil. Dieser Kerl ist wirklich ein Diamant in der Brust. Unsere Zeit im Hotel war regnerisch, aber wir genossen es immer noch mit Leuten wie Sahil um. Danke!

Ich bin spät in der Nacht gekommen und das Personal ist freundlich und nett zu Ihnen. Der Hochzeitsmonat ist gut, aber es ist auch gut für Familienreisen. Ich habe mit meiner Frau für Familienreisen besucht. Es scheint nicht die Raumatmosphäre zu sein, die ich denke, wenn ich zum Hochzeitstag komme, aber ich empfehle es, wenn Sie nicht viel um den Zimmerzustand kümmern. Ich konnte nicht andere Hotels oder Resorts essen, aber das Essen in Suga Beach ist im Allgemeinen lecker. Es ist eine gute Westseite, den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen, so dass es etwa eine Stunde am Flughafen dauert. Casella, Shamarel, Lemon alle können innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreicht werden.
