Lovely suite with comfortable beds and good facilities in the room and the hotel. Extra bedding/ pillows available in suite. We used the pull out sofa for the children which was easy and sturdy / comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast served in the dining room. Local area is quite rural with sheep to the garden area around the carpark. The location was perfect for us. Having just visited Disneyland it’s halfway back to Calais, so breaks the journey well. Great location for exploring; It’s under 15 mins to the train station by car - we parked at station and for 10euro travelled into Paris (train stops by Eiffel Tower). Another ‘must see’ is Auvers-sur-Oise (which is 10 mins by car) to walk the footsteps of Vincent Van Gogh and see his final resting place. Lots of Impressionist/ arts trails close by if you have time.

Das erste Mal, dass ich mehrere Nächte in dieser Hotelkette verbringe. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber gut geplant, und das Badezimmer ist klein, aber gut geplant. Es ist relativ ruhig, aber ich denke, dass man die Zimmer im Fußbodenbeläge vermeiden muss. Die Liter ist richtig. Kleiner Bemol, großer Handtuch und ein kleiner für 2 Personen. Das ist ein bisschen gerecht.

Last Thursday 15//12/2022 I suffered the worst hotel experience of my entire life, I wouldn't wish it on any human being. And yes, I'm venting because the hotel chain Hotel B&B HOTEL Cergy Saint Christophe treated me miserably. I was assigned to a project in Paris, and I was traveling from Berlin. My flight was arriving at 23:30. I had made my reservation through Booking.com and tried to pay with the digital debit card assigned by my company, Hotel B&B informs me that I don't need to pay in advance that I will pay at the hotel. Then, by messaging them I told them that my card is a digital debit card, and I ask if that would be a problem on my arrival. No one ever responded and I decide to travel. Then, I find myself two days later, at 0:40 in an industrial zone at -5°C with a thermal sensation of -8°C, the taxi drops me off and I realize that there is nothing around the hotel. There began all my tragedy, there was no reception or staff, only an automatic machine which asked me to pay everything with a physical credit card. Right next to the machine is an emergency button to call the hotel staff, I called by pressing the button, and I was answered by the most ruthless person in the world. Grossly he said ”I can't do anything for you, credit card or nothing”, I insisted explaining, grossly he said - ”Don't you understand? I insisted explaining, he rudely said ”-Don't you understand, credit card or nothing, otherwise you must leave, because I can't open the door for you”. I panicked when I tried to ask for an Uber back to the center of Paris and realized that no Uber would come because the area is so remote. I called again and begged him to at least let me go to the reception that I was freezing to death, that when I found a taxi I would go. Indifferent he said ”it's not my problem, I can't talk to you anymore because I have to talk to other callers”. After calming down myself and, after 45 minutes in the bitter cold, I tried the machine again with my personal debit card and was approved for one night only. So I managed to get into my room. The next day, I cancelled my entire reservation for the next days at the reception and I checked out of that hotel. Well, the last straw, 3 days after I checked out my email and the hotel charged my stay for 7 days to the digital card of my company... The worst manager of a hotel attended me, and promised to give me my money back. He does not do it in the time he promised and I went back to the hotel directly to solve this problem. The manager didn't even say good morning, and yelled at me ”what the hell are you doing here?, I told you I was going to solve it... Then we argued, I kept calm, he gave me a refund invoice, and told me it's not the hotel's fault that you arrive at night. It was all your fault, here is your bill. Au revoir!!! How can you Hotel B&B hire such persons to work in hospitality? and how can you Hotel B&B let them abuse and humiliate your customers?

The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable, always ready to assist me with my needs and concerns. The complimentary breakfast buffet was another highlight of my stay, with an array of dishes and beverages to choose from, catering to various dietary preferences.

Also nicht oder beginnt ... Es war der kürzlichste Aufenthalt, den ich in einem Hotel konnte. Bereits beim Ankunftspunkt ist man sich bewusst, dass die Lage, obwohl ideal gelegen qie ist sehr schmutzig ... Ratten und Müll überall am Eingang ... Check in kein Problem.. in den Aufzug? Mein Gott ein unerfreulicher, schmerzhafter Geruch, ein Geruch von Tabak, Müll, Schwitzen, das alles mit einem Spray, der den Geruch verursacht, zu erbrechen! Nachdem in dem Zimmer alles in Ordnung war, Haus mit knappen Schnüren ... Schnüren mit Schnüren, der Boden mit Schnüren und Schnüren Schnüren ... Inspektion durchgeführt ... Der Laden schloss nicht ... Die Toiletten hatten braunen Schnüren ... Dusche Ähnliche unbekannte Schnüre ... Die Wände hatten braune Schnüre wie sehr merkwürdige und widerlich schmutzige Töpfe ... und der Kuchen auf der Kirsche, und schauten hinter den Toiletten von weißem und braunem Polystyrol (wahrscheinlich der gehäuteten Schmutz) Und wer war über völlig tot? Eine ... Auch der Köder, der lieber sterben als in einem so schmutzigen Ort zu bleiben, bevor ein kleiner Köder dieses Mal lebend heruntergeht, hat uns den Weg abgeschnitten und unter das Bett geflohen. Nach 10 Minuten Zimmerinspektion sind wir wieder hinuntergekommen .... und auch wenn uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde, als Sie alles gesehen haben, was ich in dem vorherigen Zimmer gesehen habe, dass es nicht möglich ist, in diesem Hotel zu schlafen. Wirklich abscheulich und schrecklich für jede Person mit einer ”normalen” Hygiene, wenn wir gehen, fordern die Erstattung, die die Empfängerin uns gemacht hat, ohne dass sie so viele Fragen stellte, sie hat es gewöhnt. Gefertigt. 1 von 4 Kunden kommt ... und tritt sofort zurück. Wirklich nicht kommen, wenn Sie nicht das Herz gut anhängen.

Wie auf einer Shearings 5-Tage-Train-Reise. Reiset mit 2 Jugendlichen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es in diesem Hotel keinen Pool mehr gibt. Es ist gefüllt, was für uns eine große Enttäuschung war. Aber während ich das nicht als 4-Sterne-Hotel bewerten würde, war es für den Rest unserer Bedürfnisse geeignet. Unsere Betten waren komfortabel und sauber. Die Dusche und Toilette waren sauber. Toiletten wurden bereitgestellt, sowie Tee- und Kaffeebereitungsanlagen. Noch nur kleine Papierkoppen. Es waren nur 2 obwohl 3 von uns im Zimmer, also verwendeten wir 1 aus dem Dusche. Würde empfehlen, nach China Tassen/Mugs zurückzugehen, aber wenn nicht - Lieferung größerer & mehr Papierkoppen. Wir hätten mehr als ein Getränk. Sie bieten auch jeden Tag eine komplimentäre kleine Flasche Wasser in dem kleinen Kühlschrank, der sehr geschätzt wurde. Ich verstehe, dass das Hotel vor kurzem übernommen wurde - jetzt B&B statt Novotel. Es gab einige Arbeiten in der Nähe der Aufzüge - die Teppiche waren hier ein bisschen grubby und die Treppen auf der nächsten Ebene. Es gab keine Lärm oder Störung während wir im Hotel waren, was vor allem am Abend war. Frühstück war eine Auswahl von :- kaltes Fleisch, Käse, eine Auswahl von 4 Getreide, Fruchtsaft, verschiedene Brotschnitte, um Toast zu machen, plaine Croissants, Schock au Schmerzen, Cinamon Roller & eine Maschine, die 2 kleine Pancakes auf jedem Druck eines Knopfs ausrollte. Es gab einige Frucht- und heiße Getränke von einer Maschine. Für die Abendessen, wie wir in einer Coach Party waren, wollten sie uns in einem Bereich des Restaurants zusammen sitzen. Es gab 2 große runde Tische, ein langer Rechteck und der Rest war für 4 zu sitzen bei- wenn Sie ein Paar sind, Sie teilen einen Tisch, eine Möglichkeit, Ihre Reiseleute kennenzulernen. Das Menü, das Sie an diesem Abend hatten, wurde auf einem Stück Papier auf jeder Tisch gezeigt. Es gab keine Wahl. Die Portionengröße war ausreichend, die Kleidung auf den Starters war schön. Wir gingen für einen sehr kurzen Spaziergang 2 Nächte, wir waren da, aber wir sahen nichts von Notiz in der Gegend, keine anderen Restaurants oder Geschäfte, wir gingen durch den Park neben dem Hotel - nur ein kleines Spielfeld. So hätte ich insgesamt kein Problem, hier auf einer solchen Reise wieder zu bleiben, aber ich hätte gerne einen Pool!

Hôtel vieillot, pas très propre, qui mériterait d’être refait. Quartier douteux… Accueil agréable. Nous avons été mis dans une chambre fumeur (et insectes sur la porte), une horreur… car check-in à 21h30. Les chambres réservées à l’avance sont attribuées si check-in avant 18h. Il faut le savoir. L’hôtel affiche complet alors nous avons été déplacés dans une chambre de 2 personnes (réservée et payée pour 3). Le personnel de l’accueil, arrangeant, nous a apporté un matelas supplémentaire pour éviter de dormir à 3 dans un lit de 2. Changement de chambre le lendemain. Petit déjeuner correct mais un peu léger en quantité. La salle est toute petite, pas évident quand l’hôtel est complet. Idem pour le parking. Celui est censé fermer à 22h, arrivés à 21h30 il était déjà fermé. Heureusement qu’une voiture était devant nous, car sans code de chambre, pas évident de rentrer.
