Palm Suites

We stayed at Palm Suites in Feb 2024 and it was clean and quiet and peaceful. Mrs Teresa at the front desk was very nice, sweet, kind and very helpful. We will definitely return to stay again.

I liked the room layout and the view off the patio. Bathroom needs some hooks also the fireplace didn't work. Also could use the TV streaming services. Otherwise it was good for a 1 night stay.

Entering the room, Some of the Lights blew out when we turned them on. No maintenance staff to fix it. Half the room was dark. Staff said other rooms were not available because they were not cleaned, even though there are very few guests. Couldn’t take a normal shower, the rooms fire alarm went off for more then 10 minutes due to improper ventilation and steam setting it off. Nobody came to check the alarm. The phones are all inactive throughout the hotel, so in this case of the fire alarm going off, I could not call anybody. That’s a big safety issue! The guy at the front desk said it was from the steam and it would eventually shut off on its own. The room itself is decent sized, the bed is hard, like a board. Full sized fridge, microwave, decent kitchen space, a little wider than normal tub, good for small kids. The bathroom has room for one, but was clean. Comfortable chair & couch that pulls out into a bed. There is a little walkway on the sound side but was closed in the middle for repairs. So there are things to fix. But when that happens, this is a cute little hotel.

Suite was Very Clean and Quiet. Any issue I had was resolved to my satisfaction by the excellent staff member, Briar. She was very helpful and courteous.

This was my third stay. The location is great, the beach a short walk away. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the staff are always friendly.

Would have given everything 5 stars except the hot water wasn’t working in our room and the staff wouldn’t allow us to use another room to shower although it was winter and the hotel was nearly empty. Otherwise the place was comfortable, clean, beautiful, and the staff was friendly. Hotel did give us a discount for the inconvenience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Bigger than other hotel rooms in the area! If you aren’t nit picky and just want to have fun I say this is a great option.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and spacious with a great view and balcony. We would definitely recommend!

A somewhat crammed sleeping area. Comfortable bed. The kitchen had a tiny refrigerator, but otherwise adequate. The bathroom was very cramped which slowed down our getting ready in the morning. If you’re passing through, it will be fine but if you’re plannng on an extended stay, I would choose someplace else.
