Avid Hotels - Odessa Northwest, an IHG Hotel

We were dissatisfied with a few things, but the staff fixed our issue instantly. Very clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable.

The property was nice and did not have any issue with the hotel itself. Had EXCELLENT breakfast options, I was skeptical the first day when I seen it was a little different than the traditional breakfast area. However it was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I did go outside at night to get some items from my car and there was a coyote very close to the vehicles. I was still in the grass area but it was a little startling. However, it did not bother me and I didn't bother it. The hotel is located within walking distance to Cinergy which I did enjoy while being there. A great entertainment center for all ages!

Room was clean and property was pleasant however I booked a room with a king bed and was told there was none available because ******* doesn’t have the correct information. Disappointed in both ******* and the service at the hotel.

Cleaning was bad in my room as well as a friend who was staying at the same time. Floor was dirty, hair in the shower, etc. Everything was clean on my previous stay though, so maybe just an off day for the cleaning staff.

Great for a 1-night stay. The free breakfast left much to be desired and had minimal selection. The price was reasonable and the the rour oom and hotel was clean. We just missed a waide arrangement of breakfast options.

Very clean and very comfortable bed would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Business trip stay, and the Hotel is above average at a great rate.

It was very clean. The bed and pillows were some of the better ones that I have had to sleep on. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the lack of breakfast option, but it is not a deal breaker. I would stay here again.

Close to busy movie theatre and nice family Mexican restaurant. Clean property, nice room. Only small problem was that the soap dispenser did not work at the sink.
