Best Western Plus Yacht Harbor Inn

The location of this hotel is phenomenal. It was very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was also great even though we had an upstairs room, we could sit outside our front door and watch the view. The breakfast was superb...a fantastic offering of many options from hot or cold foods. Everything from fresh made waffles, REAL oatmeal with all the toppings you could want, cheesy omelets, scrambled eggs, toast, danishes, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt and a coffee and juice bar. My only two complaints were that the bed wasn't very comfortable for me. It was too firm. It might be great for someone else but the firmness kept me up, again, that's just me because I prefer a softer bed. The other not so great thing was that the shower would either put out scalding hot water or just cold water...nothing in between. I'm thinking the hot/cold water diverter might need maintenance. The drinks at the waterfront bar were delicious also. We were in room 223 on Sept. 24th, in case management wants to look at it. Other than that, everything was great....we'll definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel! Private balconies, harbor views. Fabulous walk score, i spent a whole day walking between the local craft breweries and eating seafood fresh from the harbor boats. One of my favorite places to stay in Florida with my cat!

I was impressed with the hotel. For it's price, it was clean, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was surprisingly decent, and the pool was a nice surprise. The rooms are definitely dated and in need of a refresh, but they were clean and quiet. One small complaint is that there are very few electrical plugs, and they are all so worn that the phone charger doesn't hold itself in the plug. The location is great, right by the marina, with easy access for walks by the ocean or up in to town. For those of you going to the ballpark, it's only about a 20 min walk away.

The info for the hotel stated it was renovated however our room was not. It seems the exterior of the hotel was renovated. Our room certainly was old with broken shutters, windows that shook. There was paper towelling jammed at corners of windows for the movement, I think. The beds squeaked every time you moved, the furniture was old and damaged. The towels were well used and old. They felt liked sand paper when drying. The walls were dirty with splatters of liquids spilt at some point. I feel the price point I paid does not merit the state of the hotel property.

Very comfortable clean facility! Great location! Relaxing spa was fabulous! Beautiful sunsets. Friendly staff!

Location was great. Property was old, terrible smell from water pipes everytime water was turned on. Refrigerator leaked water all over floor, but hotel staff did take care of it and replaced the unit. If not for the location would never pay the high price for the room. Needs updated desperately.

Great location, right on the water and easy walk to downtown. Nearby restaurant with excellent menu and great seafood.

I liked front and back door access. Along back viewing different animals like the dolphins.

The area is great. The hotel is average. I like that they offered complimentary breakfast… I’m glad they did because at least it helps justify the price for this OK hotel. It is old, very tiny ants were in the room. It was musty and humid in the room, especially in the bathroom. We are had an incident where the staff came into the room even when we had our do no disturb sign in the door. Wouldn’t stay there again. This place needs some major renovations.
