I absolutely loved this hotel. A self proclaimed hotel snob this one ticked all the boxes. First, my room was impeccable clean, everything shining. Second, my room was huge! I had a fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, a/c (you have to ask for the remote at the front desk for it to work) and the breakfast was great. My bed was a little firm for my taste but still not bad. Breakfast was included in my room rate, they had a selection of hot bacon and eggs and some pastries. And of course, a lovely cappuccino or espresso to start the day. The breakfast room was even gorgeous, in May they had the windows open and some beautiful music playing overlooking the piazza and it was perfect. Highly highly recommend staying here, 10/10!!

We were surprised by the level of pasta and desserts we had there. We were walking in front of Palazzo Ducale and there was a glass door. Nothing that called you very much. The resto itself is very simple, tall white walls with an impressive fresco in the ceiling. The food is excellent!!! The waiters and the restaurant manager extremely helpful and kind. I highly reccomend the mantovan dessert Bignolata, deliaious!!! What a good surprise. Free tables because mostly of the people were the hosts of the hotel. Lucky us. What a discovery!!! I hope this review helps others have the same food time as us! Very cheap for the quality we’ve received!

So amazing!! We stayed 2 nights at this chic and stylish hotel and we liked it so much The room was cosy and very modern with all the amenities we could ask for. Good bed and very nice bathroom with beautiful shower and toiletries The breakfast was so good and the room was so so unbelievably stunning The building was like a real palace and the location central and easy!! We loved it

This hotel has the most wonderful location, facing on to the Palazzo del Capitano, which places it directly opposite the Ducale Palace. We stayed two nights in Mantua. Our room was spacious with a separate good-size bathroom. Both rooms were spotless and looked very new. Indeed, the whole hotel felt like it was still undergoing a make-over. The lift was still being tested when we arrived. That said, the hotel is very good. The staff were helpful if not overly friendly. They acted as if dealing with us was not really there job! The hotel restaurant/bar was not open when we were there and we chose to not have breakfast in the hotel. As outlined above, the hotel is very well placed for all the major tourists sites in the old part of town.

Di passaggio a Mantova, ci siamo fermati una notte in questo hotel, situato in un edificio storico affacciato su Piazza Sordello, di fronte al Palazzo Ducale. È stata una scelta azzeccata. L’hotel e l’intero palazzo sono stati ristrutturati con raffinatezza e cura dei dettagli, tanto che in alcune sale si possono ammirare resti degli antichi affreschi parietali. Abbiamo scelto una camera matrimoniale deluxe, molto spaziosa, con un letto comodissimo e un ampio ed elegante bagno, dotata di un grande televisore, frigobar, cassaforte. Arredamento essenziale, ma molto curato. La camera era pulita e silenziosa, buona la colazione, così come il rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Da consigliare.

L'hotel è molto bello e la posizione è splendida. Purtroppo la nostra camera era in pessima posizione: sita al piano terra del cortile interno aveva come unica finestra lo stesso ingresso alla stanza. Per avere un po' di privacy con gli altri ospiti siamo stati costretti a tenere sempre il tendone abbassato e la luce accesa. Perché non avvisare prima? Avremmo scelto una diversa sistemazione.

Hotel nuovissimo proprio di fronte a Palazzo Ducale,la nostra camera era spaziosa e ben arredata,molto bello e comodo anche il bagno,ottima colazione con buona scelta tra dolce e salato servita in un bellissimo salone affrescato.Assolutamente consigliato sia per la posizione sia per la qualità della struttura,siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta!

Bell’hotel diffuso in un antico palazzo al centro della piazza principale nel centro storico. Stanza comode, ben pulite, dotate di moderne tecnologie e con arredamento sempre moderno in legno, ma comunque integrato nel contesto. Personale della reception molto cortese e disponibile. Prezzo modico in considerazione della qualità! Se posso consigliare aggiungerei nelle stanze le pantofole da camera e delle buste per la lavanderia. Per il resto consigliatissimo
