"Very atmospheric. This wasn't our first stay, and everything was excellent. The location is superb, right in the center. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel terrace is stunning. The staff is always helpful, especially with parking. The hotel is in a ZTL zone, so you have to drive around a lot to find somewhere to park and then to the parking lot. It would be nice if the hotel sent customers a suitable route with street names in advance so they don't run into roadblocks using their GPS. But this inconvenience is completely compensated by the hotel's location. We will book again."

It is an annex of the nearby Hotel dei Gonzaga where breakfast is taken (a plentiful and varied buffet). Friendly welcome, comfortable room, minimalist decor but nothing is missing. Ideal for discovering the beauties of the city and beyond: if you are by car, the hotel has an underground car park connected by a lift."

"The room and its attached ensuite was excellent - the bathroom in particular was modern and clean, however the walls were so thin I was treated to the full operatic performance by the Italian couple next door, including sobbing, screaming and the subsequent reconciliation. As I think other reviews mentioned, the hotel is in the same ownership as the ABC along the road, so breakfast is taken there. A good location, close to the railway but not noisy as the rooms are behind the street location."
