1. A/c didn't work and I changed the room 2 times. 2. No Room service. 3. Room smell abnormal bad smell. 4. Used bedsheet. Otherwise, I like the Hotels, atmosphere okay. But no service.

Excellent stay
car parking is only for 3 or 4 cars and one behind the other, little difficult bike parking is around 4 to 5 and is ok
parking is secure excellent very clean rooms
it's 2bhks converted to rooms so the hall and kitchen is common. Rooms have individual bathrooms
staff interaction is excellent facility is extremely clean

We went as family of three, myself, my wife and my 9 yrs old daughter. They gave us a really good accommodation with one king size bed and one single bed. Overall the stay was really pleasant, special thanks to mr ram for all the arrangements there is enough parking for cars, and location of the hotels is also kinda centrally. Don't hesitate to book this place when you are traveling family,

The room was clean and the stay was comfortable. The only drawback was the complimentary breakfast which was very disappointing. The place is ideal f pr larger families since it's a furnished apartment with more than one bedroom within the same apartment. There is adequate parking facility.

The hotel where clean. Hospitality was good. But we had to move to another hotel for 2 days. Which was an inconvenience. They had told us 2 days before our stay that rooms are available only for two days. At that time the room prices of other hotels have gone up vs we booking almost two weeks ahead. So we went with the alternate hotel they provided.

A quiet place about 1. 5 km from pollachi town. Room is spacious, toilet is very clean, a dining area and kitchen, balcony, parking space for 4 cars. Overall experience is excellent.
