Wir haben zum zweiten Mal mit unseren Großkindern gebräuchlich geblieben. Sehr gut in Cluses gelegen. 15min von den ersten Spuren. Sehr sauber Hotel, mit allen notwendigen Komfort, von einem wunderschönen Paar gehalten. PDJ sehr gut. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vorzugsweise ein unpersönliches Kette-Hotel in der Nähe... Wir werden sehr schnell zurückkehren...

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre fonctionnelle, très propre. Salle de bains nickel. Hôtel silencieux. Aucun bruit de l’extérieur également. Très grand parking fermé la nuit. Petit déjeuner simple mais tout à fait correct, dans une ambiance calme. Un hôtel pratique, facile à trouver. Une bonne adresse pour une nuit tranquille .

Wir (ich und meine Frau) haben in dieser Wohnung ein Zimmer reserviert. Wir planen am Sonntag anzukommen (02.04.2023) und bis 16.04.2023 zu bleiben. Eine schnelle Anmerkung: Die Rezeption arbeitet nicht am Sonntag, so dass sie eine Einzahlung im Voraus überwiesen haben (und wir haben es ohne zusätzliche Fragen getan). Auf 02.04, vor unserer Ankunft, wurde meine Frau schwer verletzt, sie hatte einen großen Bruch am Bein, und wurde ins Krankenhaus mit Hubschraubern geliefert. Natürlich müssen wir unsere Reise annullieren, damit die Administratoren dieses Hotels Menschen sind und uns eine Erstattung bekommen können. Leider ist das nicht der Fall. Sie weigerten sich, das Geld zurückzugeben, und stellten eine sehr Standardansprechung dar, dass das Zimmer nicht zurückerstattet werden kann, und sie behielten es für uns. Aber (was eine Überraschung!) als wir es am nächsten Tag überprüften, war das Zimmer bereits reserviert! Kurz gesagt: meine Frau ist im Krankenhaus, wartet auf eine teure Operation, und das Hotel hat einen doppelten Gewinn (verfolgen Sie die Standard-Antworten ”das Zimmer-ist-nicht-zurückzahlbar”. Wir bereiten jetzt alles für die Kommission vor, um den Fall zu überprüfen, und Sie können Ihre eigenen Schlußfolgerungen über die Angemessenheit des Personals ziehen.
