Die besten Hotels in Clusane, Italien

Wir haben im September 4 Nächte im Hotel Lovere verbracht. Gebucht haben wir ein Superior Zimmer mit Seeblick und Halbpension. Positiv gleich am Anfang aufgefallen ist die hoteleigene Tiefgarage - bei der nicht ganz einfachen Parkplatzsituation in Lovere ein echtes Plus. (Für E-Auto Fahrer: Eine Ladesäule ist ca 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt zu finden) Unser Zimmer erfreute uns mit tollem Blick auf den See, die Einrichtung war OK, das Zimmer sehr groß. Zwischen Hotel und Straße befindet sich eine Straße , die tagsüber stark befahren ist, abends wird es etwas ruhiger. Wir konnten bei geschlossenem Fenster immer gut schlafen, für den Fall der Fälle hat das Hotel aber auch Ohropax bereit gelegt. Nicht so schön waren leider unsere Erfahrungen mit dem Personal. Bereits beim Check-In befremdete es uns, dass wir die Hotelhalle betraten, 3 Personen an der Rezeption saßen und niemand uns begrüßte sondern sich gegenseitig anschauten, wer uns denn wohl bedienen würde. Ok, kein Beinbruch, aber kein schöner erster Eindruck. Das Spiel setzte sich während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes fort - kein Gruß, kein freundliches Wort, weder an der Rezeption noch aus dem dahinter liegenden Büro. Die Halbpension gibt es im Restaurant des Hauses, dass auch öffentlich zugänglich ist. Das Essen war lieblos angerichtet und zubereitet, vergleichbar mit Kantinenqualität. Wir haben pro Nacht ca 220 EUR inkl HP gezahlt, da hatte ich denn doch eine bessere Qualität erwartet. Die a la carte Essen der anderen Gäste sahen sehr gut aus, für uns Hotelgäste gab es hier leider eklatante Unterschiede. Zudem haben wir am ersten Abend fast 3 Stunden im Restaurant gesessen, bis wir alle 4 Gänge erhalten haben. Getränkebestellungen mussten wir mehrmals aufgeben, bis wir alles erhalten haben. Da sich das fade, lieblose Essen auch am zweiten Abend wiederholte, haben wir den Rest des Aufenthaltes darauf verzichtet, im Hotel zu essen. Wir haben übrigens -wie auf der Homepage empfohlen - vor unserer Anreise angekündigt, dass mein Mann Vegetarier ist. Ein vegetarisches Menü gab es trotzdem nicht, nur Notlösungen wie ein einfacher Salat oder ein Teller mit Beilagengemüse. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch, von daher passend. Die Frühstückskellnerin war die einzige Person, die regelmäßig ein Lächeln für uns Gäste hatte und sehr bemüht - aber leider oft überfordert, so dass permanent etwas auf dem Buffet fehlte. Insgesamt habe ich den Eindruck, dass das Haus und das Personal einfach schlecht geführt ist - wäre für mich OK, wenn es ein Low-Budget Hotel gewesen wäre, aber nicht bei diesen Preisen.

Ein schöner, romantischer, entspannter Ort mit schönem, freundlichem, verbrauchsgemäß professionellem Personal. Unser Blickraum war perfekt, hatte alles, was man wünscht, und wurde unverändert von dem Reinigungspersonal gehalten. Unser Aufenthalt wurde von allen hart arbeitenden Hotelpersonal, Barpersonal und Rezeptoren, einschließlich der schönen Schwestern Julia, Elena, und Cecilia, Raffela, Mauro und Raoul, die uns am Klavier am letzten Abend nach dem Dienst abend verabschieden us Francecorta, der leckere lokale Wein. Hotel peggiore mai trovato in tutta la mia vita, non tanto per l’aspetto ma per il personale e la gestione. Prenotiamo per Pasqua 3 camere di cui 2 triple più tre culle e 1 singola con cena inclusa, arriviamo la mattina dove un ragazzo alla reception ci conferma che la cena c’era nonostante ovunque ci fosse scritto che la domenica era chiuso il ristorante. Alle 19 scendiamo per la cena e nessuno ci considera, aspettiamo quasi 40 minuti e decidiamo di rivolgerci noi alla ragazza in reception che ci dice che il ristorante è chiuso e che non avrebbe potuto darci nulla perché aveva un macchinario rotto, passano 20 minuti , il tempo che noi cerchiamo un ristorante per Pasqua per 11 persone, torna la ragazza e ci dice che avremmo potuto cenare con affettati !?!?!?! Con tre bimbe sotto i due anni mi pare poco consono. La notte dormiamo in 4 in un letto matrimoniale perché la culla non ci è stata data, una notte infernale, un ****** assurdo. La mattina andiamo a colazione dove una famiglia a noi sconosciuta, si stava lamentando perché alle 1 di notte sono stati costretti a cambiare non una ma ben DUE camere. Veniamo via molto scontenti e chiediamo un rimborso, rimborso negato dal titolare con tanto di bugie riportate in una mail scritta. Addirittura siamo stati accusati di aver usufruito di una bottiglia di acqua non pagata, mi chiedo dove posso averla presa visto che nelle camere non era presente il frigo bar, oltretutto ci è stato detto che abbiamo infastidito durante la colazione, ma non eravamo noi. Bravi tutti , Accoglienza fantastica , personale gentile e preparato, camere pulite . Colazione a buffet senza farci mancar nulla , buonissima ! Buonissimi pasti al ristorante con pasti completi ed abbondanti , nel cuore della Franciacorta con innumerevoli cantine da visitare per gli amanti del vino e soprattutto delle bollicine . Die superbe Landschaft ist sehr klein. Nach dem Öffnen des großen Safes ist es schwierig, durchzulaufen. Das Hotel baut einen neuen Pool. Da es schwierig ist, anderswo zu essen, ist das Abendessen teuer.
