Wir blieben hier wegen seiner Nähe zum Rugby-Stadion plus mit einem Autopark. Einchecken war fehlerfrei. Unser Zimmer war groß, komfortabel und sauber. Das Bett war komfortabel und die Dusche mächtig (wir hatten auch ein separates Bad!). Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und blieb im Allgemeinen frisch und aufgerissen. Einfach genug Furn vom Tag an. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit - auch mit einfachen offensichtlichen Fragen. Das Hotel ist in der Mitte einer Renovierung und ist daher im Lärm des Tages.

When you arrive, the hotel smells very strongly of flowers, either you love it or you hate it. The check- in was very bizarre. Only two small tables that look like they are part of the bar, serve as the check in. You don’t feel very welcome. We went to the bedroom, it was fine. Nothing special but still with carpet. Bed was fine, a bit hard. Okay bathroom but on the small side. Remember this hotel is by the motorway so quite noisy even with the double glazed windows closed so don’t forget your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. When it was time for the pool, we went to get towels form reception. (We are a family of three). We ask for the towels and the receptionist said : it’s only 2 towels per family. I laughed and thought it was a joke. After a calm 1 minute discussion and offering to give feedback to the hotel director about this nonsense rule, the receptionist preferred to give us 3 towels. Beware if you don’t stand up for yourself and ask a towel for each guest, you will have to share wet towels. Then worst was the quality of the food at the Novotel restaurant. We ordered a burger but asked for the cheese to be removed. The waiter literally said that the food is pre-made so that was not a request that they could fulfill. The overall food quality at dinner was worse then McDonald’s (where at least you can customise your food). Breakfast was okay, no complaints. Checkout was still on the small table but was okay. I was fooled by the idea of having a pool and now I know that I will not come back to this hotel again.

Shiva was a professonnal and very great waiter. He is very helpful and a great guy. Holidays inn are very lucky to have him. I recommend this hotel thanks to him. We had a really nice stay here and we'll for sure come back in the future. Cheers and thank you

Hier für ein paar Nächte. Vorderseite der Hauskap könnte viel hilfreicher gewesen sein, wir fühlten wir, wir pumpen ihn mit Fragen, die er uns hätte erzählt haben, bevor wir fragten. z. B. was in der lokalen Gegend zu sehen und sogar eine Karte. Das Zimmer war groß mit guter Aussicht auf die Dachoberste und die Kathedrale, aber kein Kühlschrank! Keine Milch geliefert, wir mussten in der Bar-Zone fragen, aber ohne Kühlschrank war es schwierig, frisch zu halten für das Frühstück war sehr gut mit Blick auf die Kathedrale. (schönes frisches Orangensaft) Autopark war unter dem Hotel, unser Auto wurde getroffen, während dort als sehr enge Parkplätze parkiert, aber es gibt kein CCTV. Einige von diesem Hotel war eine BW Signature Sammlung, aber nicht alle.

Das Hotel hat alle Erwartungen, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, einfache Eincheckung, saubere und gut eingerichtete Zimmer, britische TV-Kanäle und nahe dem Zentrum und den Straßenbahnen besiegt. Nur unten war die Bar am Wochenende geschlossen, und wenn Sie eine fair Anzahl von Rugby-Fans haben sie einen Trick verpasst. Ich würde dieses Hotel empfehlen, wenn Sie nach Clermont gehen.

Hotel in zentraler Lage, in wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie die wichtigsten Denkmäler der Stadt. Kleine, aber komfortable Zimmer, kürzlich renoviert, ein wenig kleines Badezimmer, aber kann für ein paar Tage gut gehen.
