Paid for an upgrade to a room at the back after reading reviews describing noise levels. Glad we did because this motel fronts a busy motorway and still traffic noise at a bearable level from back row room. Room was large and very clean although 2 small living cockroaches in bathroom. Husband found bed to be perfect but I had trouble sleeping on it. You can’t please everyone. When we arrived around 5pm the main door to the office was locked but a fellow, either a customer or worker was sitting on a waiting area seat in the reception area and told me the manager was not there but I could use a side door. That was no problem as within a minute or 2 the manager arrived and I told him who I was and he remembered I had called an hour before to check on the availability of a suite rather than a room. Only thing that stopped me short of giving 5 stars was the manager’s apparent distain at having to serve a customer. The dear man couldn’t have looked or come across to me as more put out by having to attend my booking. He offered very little information. When I asked about the wifi password ( wifi did not work at all by the way, even with instructions ) he disinterestedly told me it’s on the back of the key. Also on the back of the key was information on what to do if the tv gives a no signal message. I don’t know why he couldn’t be bothered to explain that. So all up, he was a very poor ambassador for the motel and could easily, single handily ruined the start of someone’s vacation vibe with his “ can I just get this over and done with” vibe. I maintained my chirpy and happy disposition in the meagre attempt of cheering up this poor soul. Alas, it wasn’t to be although when I asked about distances /directions to a venue we were to attend, old mate, worker/customer was all for telling me everything I needed to know. Thank goodness I had him to share the information I needed because once that key was in my hand, Mr manager had done his part and no further talk appeared to be necessary! Maybe HE needs a holiday? Other than that, the suite was suitable for a longer stay with microwave, cooktop, kettle and mini fridge/freezer. There was adequate crockery , cutlery, pans, toaster and washing up items to be able to prepare food for 2. We only stayed the one night and did not eat dinner or breakfast from the dining room on site. I knew about the dining room from reading reviews, not Mr Manager.

Sie haben alles, was Sie für ein paar Nächte Aufenthalt benötigen könnten. Es hat eine Kessel, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Haartrockner, Eisen, Eisenböden, Schneidwaren und Kleiderschrank. Das Queensize-Bett war sehr komfortabel und so waren die Pilze. Ausgezeichneter Duschedruck mit einem großen Duschekopf. Ein komfortables Lounge, ein schönes Fernsehen auf der Wand und ein Klimaanlage, die schwerer zu benutzen war als einfach auf/aus drücken, aber wir haben es geschafft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer vor dem Motel, auf der Straße, aber wir hatten kein Problem, schlafen ...noise war kein Problem. Es ist ein älteres Motel und hat Schlüsselverriegelungen anstelle von Schlüsselkarten, aber sowohl die Zimmer als auch das Gebäude sind sicher und wir fühlten uns sehr sicher dort zu bleiben. Das kostenlose, unsicherte WLAN ist akzeptabel, aber nicht immer zuverlässig. Noch besser als einige Orte, die wir geblieben haben. Sie haben einen großen Ordner im Zimmer, der einige Informationen über lokale Orte enthält, um zu essen, abzunehmen oder zu bekommen ...Sehr hilfreich. Alles mit dem Personal, das wir getroffen haben, einschließlich eines Hausmeisters, der um Hilfe mit der A/C gebeten hat, waren sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Ich konnte nicht um etwas Besseres zu überraschend bescheidenen täglichen Raten bitten. Wir würden sicher wieder bleiben.

Wir reservierten diese Unterkunft, die den Fluss sehr nahe am Wesley Hospital sah. Ich sprach direkt mit Kerrin über die Buchung und traf ihn dann bei der Eincheckung. Er war sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Ich habe einen späten Auscheck beantragt, mit dem er unterstützt, aber je nach Tag, plus für den nächsten Tag, das war sehr hilfreich, für den Parkplatz geplant. Das Badezimmer, das Schlafzimmer und die Lounge waren sauber und alles war in guter Ordnung. Ich habe eine oder zwei schlechte Bewertungen gelesen, die in unserer Erfahrung unrichtig waren, weil wir guten Wert für Geld hatten, wir waren zufriedenstellend überrascht. Für diejenigen, die schlechte Bewertungen zu diesen Wohnungen gemacht haben, sollten sie den Preis für eine 5-Sterne-Unterkunftsgebühr an anderer Stelle berücksichtigen, da Sie zahlen für das, was Sie erhalten und diese Wohnungen waren sicherlich gut wert und sauber. Wir werden zurückkehren, wenn wir jemals noch einmal die Gegend besuchen müssen. Danke.

Really enjoyed a few lunches at the hotel lately. We have a member of our family though who is Vegan and strictly dairy-free. It would be wonderful if the pub could consider some more Vegan-Friendly options on the menu as it would certainly provide us with a reason to return more often. In this day and age not everyone can eat meat or dairy. The Buddha Bowl is something healthier they offer and it was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately we ordered the Margherita Pizza on the Order At Table on mobile functionality it stated this Pizza came with Vegan cheese. We thought that was great. Of course the pizza came with regular cheese and I had to check with the staff who apologised and said that no, there was no vegan cheese on premises. They were very polite but it was disappointing that both the online menu was wrong, and that this fairly simple alternative wasn't on offer. Hopefully we see some more plant-based options on the menu in the future! The kids meals are great value.

Dies ist die beste Qualität Unterkunft in den westlichen Vororten. Nur ein paar Jahre alt und alles scheint immer noch unspottbar. Komfortable und geräumige Zimmer mit modernem Bad, guter Blick und guter Sound-proofing. Air-con wird nicht sehr kalt - es ist ok mit August Temperaturen, aber es kann im Sommer kämpfen! Die Kissen waren ein bisschen flach - hätten mehr eine Wahl als alle die gleichen geliebt. Sehr freundliches Empfangspersonal. Es ist über einem privaten Krankenhaus und Gesundheitszentrum, aber das nimmt überhaupt nicht von der Hotelseite Dinge ab. Keine Einrichtungen wie diese (kein Pool, Fitnessraum, etc.) aber es gibt einen guten On-site-Café und ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe zum Essen oder zum Abnehmen - es gibt eine Mikrowelle mit Geschirr, die im Zimmer geliefert ist, was nützlich ist. Groupon Deal war fantastisch Wert!

We had to find an apartment to stay for a couple of weeks while our house had some work done to it. I am so glad that I canned Airbnb and looked around the brisbane area and found Hotel Chino. Reasonably priced, well located, restaurant on site, EXCELLENT staff (so helpful, friendly). We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean, neat and had all the required amenities and supplies. If we needed something, Woolworths is literally a couple 100m down the road. I also loved the on-site parking. I recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially family! Highly recommend
