Das Frühstück ist gut und das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum. Die Mädchen an der Rezeption waren so schön und sehr enthusiastisch. Wir fragten sie, wo sie lokales Essen essen könne. Sie empfahl uns eines und sagte, es könnte etwas teuer sein. Haha, so ehrliches Kind.

Wir haben mehrere Nächte in diesem schönen Hotel im alten Teil von Bielsko Biala verbracht und können die modernen und komfortablen Zimmer, historische und zentrale Lage, Preis und angenehmes Personal eingehend empfehlen. Es kann ein bisschen Lärm in der Nacht geben, da die Lage nahe dem Platz der Stadt liegt, aber mit den Fenstern geschlossen war es gut. Die Zimmer haben Küchenzeile, die nützlich sind, aber überprüfen Sie, ob Ihr Kühlschrank in geschlossen ist - unsere nicht. The Papuga Park Hotel is 5 star, a definite 10 out of 10! We had an excellent 3 night stay. Our room was amazing with a spacious sitting area that held a sofa, chair, and table. It was also great to sit on the large balcony and take in the beautiful surroundings. My only regret is not staying here longer. The pool, jacuzzi, tepidarium, salt cave, and sauna were all included free of charge along with an excellent breakfast buffet with more choices than you can imagine. We also enjoyed tasty dinners in the dining room along with lighter fare at the cafe bar. I couldn't resist booking one of their spa treatments and it did not disappoint. I hope to return for the Ayurveda treatment. I hear it's the best and I must give it a try. The grounds are very nice with areas to sit and read or just relax. You can also go hiking just a few minutes walk from the hotel. We also journeyed into downtown and walked the city center where there is loads of history and shopping. The staff here is just amazing. Everyone treated us so well. I have to especially say Thank You to Robert who was incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay very special. He is full of great suggestions and information. He gave us top care. You can't go wrong staying at Papuga Park Hotel. It is full of must-see and do experiences!

Great place to stay. Amazing receptionist! I was travelling to Warsaw with my family from Croatia and we stayed here for the night. All family members were very satisfied, including myself, my wife and kids. I can definitely recommend this hotel
