Hotel Awadh Palace

I had a worst experience of my life with Awadh palace. Management is rude and of no use to its name. Staff is ridiculous, they would charge for everyone but none of it is worth. The food was not good, the breads were too hard for my gradpa and grand ma to eat...if there was any option to rate 0 star i would love to give them that.

The rooms are extremely cramped (small) although reasonably furnished. There is no soundproofing and the traffic noise is very disturbing throughout the night. The restaurant is excellent, very good food and efficient service. The front desk staff is polite and professional.

Awad palace Bhopal Defects found in the marriage reception occasion on 29/5/2022 1) Lizard found in the room no. 209 2) Master rooms key is not available at the reception 3) Torn Sofa was placed in the reception guest area. 4) welcome drink were not available till 8.30pm 5) Only one waiter were serving starters to the 200 guests. 6) Only one Cooler was placed on the stage for bride and groom. No cooling 7) Ganpati idol was not placed at entrance. 8) Dance floor was not placed properly it was at the lending of stage. During the event our guest lost the gift pack and we asked your staff to see the CC footage they refused. No CC footage send till now Asked staff next day to send the same We came to hotel but no one available to respond.
