Die erste Wahl für Menschen, die es gewohnt sind, auszugehen, ist die Umwelthygiene, die sehr gut ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und lecker, es ist gemütlicher als beiläufig draußen zu essen. Die Service-Haltung jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters ist sehr gut. Wenn Sie Ihr Kind mitbringen, ist das Frühstück Ihres Kindes kostenlos. Auch die nahegelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr praktisch. Sehr befriedigende Erfahrung.

Clean. Not luxury. Good for those who speak and read a some Mandarin. Little English spoken here and almost all directions are in Chinese. Front desk helpful and friendly but this is not for those who do not speak Chinese.

I like this hotel. It is quirky, modern with quite a lot of tech eg robot cleaner. It is quite well situated close to chanchungjie station. The best thing about this hotel are the staff who are warm and friendly.

Once arriving at the hotel it doesn’t seem that great from the outside. When you enter, you are greeted by the staff in a friendly and welcoming manner. The lobby is very clean and nice! Our room was also clean and decorated nicely, but quite small, and hot during the night. Overall the stay was nice and cozy… but I’m not sure if we would ever book a long stay at this hotel.

I have stayed in Orange chain hotels before and the service is usually excellent but since the Covid pandemic things have changed.
My Chinese girlfriend checked-in before me, with the booking made by me. I arrived later and checked-in after a 25-30 minute wait for the staff to confirm if ok with the local police department, as I had a new passport that did not have my China entry stamp.
After finishing up "check-in" and when I was told "ok" I may go up to my room, I asked for a room key. Front desk staff told me I did need not a room as my gf had stated "not necessary" when they asked if the second guest would need a room key.
I explained that I had paid for and booked the room, and front desk staff responded that they would require that the first guest come down to reception to confirm it is ok.
I looked in my phone and located my transaction receipt and check-in page, and front desk still insisted that "..because the first guest said only one is needed, he/she will need to come down to reception to approve a second key."
After frustration and exchange with multiple staff members, my gf came down and I was given a room key.
Unbelievable prejudice, blatant discrimination and xenophobia.
I suggest you look elsewhere for a comfortable stay in Beijing!
