Hotels mit Balkon in Berlin

Das Zimmer war sehr hell, die Lage top und der Service erstklassig. Wenn ich wieder nach Berlin komme, wähle ich definitiv wieder das SANA! Die U-Bahn-Station ist nur etwa fünf Gehminuten entfernt, abends war es auch sehr ruhig und die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war super.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Sightseeing, da es in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist. Das Zimmer hat für ein Hotel in einer Großstadt eine angenehme Größe. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, könnte aber durch abwechslungsreichere Angebote an verschiedenen Tagen noch verbessert werden. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl für Touristen.

Das Hotel selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sauber und modern, unser Zimmer war gepflegt und hatte – bis auf eine Klimaanlage – alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Größe des Zimmers war absolut in Ordnung und auch die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Leider wurde der positive Eindruck durch eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption erheblich getrübt. Die Dame war sowohl beim Check-in als auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ausgesprochen unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit – nicht nur uns gegenüber, sondern auch gegenüber mehreren anderen Hotelgästen. Wir hatten beispielsweise nach einem Late Check-out gefragt, worauf uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass dies grundsätzlich nicht möglich sei bei der besagten Dame. Als wir später nachts einen anderen Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen haben, war ein Late Check-out problemlos möglich. Eine solche widersprüchliche Auskunft ist für Gäste natürlich sehr ärgerlich. Besonders unangenehm fanden wir zudem, dass sich die Mitarbeiterin in unserer Anwesenheit über andere Hotelgäste lustig gemacht hat. Insgesamt vermittelte sie über den gesamten Aufenthalt hinweg einen sehr unfreundlichen und unprofessionellen Eindruck und sorgte dadurch bei mehreren Gästen für eine unangenehme Atmosphäre. Da sie das gesamte Wochenende über hauptsächlich am späten Nachmittag gearbeitet hat, sind wir ihr leider regelmäßig begegnet. Insgesamt ist das Hotel aufgrund der Sauberkeit, der modernen Ausstattung und der guten Lage durchaus empfehlenswert. Der Service an der Rezeption hat unseren Aufenthalt allerdings deutlich negativ beeinflusst. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf.

Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommenden Personal beim Frühstück und an der Rezeption auch bei telefonischen Kontakten. Super-Lage und sehr günstiger Preis. Das Einzelzimmer war miniklein, aber sehr sauber und ordentlich (die Badtür ging leider nicht mehr zu schließen und es gibt im kleinen Bad keinen Duschvorhang. Beim Frühstück leider kein veganer Belag außer Marmelade. Aber man konnte sogar auch draußen essen. Check-in ging auch mitten in der Nacht. Ins WLAN kann man sich ab 9Uhr am Abreisetag leider nicht mehr einloggen. Das Hotel hat Flair und ich würde wieder dort wohnen, es wäre toll, wenn dann auch ein kleines Angebot für die tierlieben Gäste (VeganerInnen) beim Frühstück zur Auswahl wäre.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Stayed in a suite with jacuzzi bath and sauna - it was August and quite hot in Berlin so didn't use the sauna but the jacuzzi was nice once I'd worked out how to use it. Overall the room and bathroom was quite clean but there was dust, hair and a baby's dummy underneath the bed. There was a floor standing AC unit in the room which was quite noisy when running - I had to turn it off before sleeping. The room was in a different building to reception but upon check in the receptionist kindly showed me to the room so this was not really an issue. Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the U-bahn. Balcony was a nice addition too. Bed was big and comfy but had two single duvets / covers rather than one full width one, I'm not sure if this is usual for Berlin? I only interacted with staff during check in and check out and was treated politely and professionally each time. Overall not too bad but not quite as luxurious an experience as it could have been for the price.

My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

Der Check-in war ein Drama. Die Rezeption war unbesetzt, die Buchungsnummer im System nicht bekannt und das Telefon wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Klingeln abgenommen. (Die Dame, die den Anruf entgegennahm, war jedoch sehr freundlich). Die Sicherung war rausgeflogen, sodass das Telefon nicht aufgeladen werden konnte. Dann kann man nicht einfach zur Rezeption gehen und um eine Lösung bitten. Glücklicherweise konnten wir unsere Telefone auf dem Flur aufladen, um anrufen und unseren digitalen Schlüssel (Code) abrufen zu können. Das Bett ist gut, die Dusche angenehm, aber die Duschkabine schließt nicht richtig, wodurch das Badezimmer nass wird. Eine Kaffeekapsel pro Person für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Der Preis für Berlin und die Lage ist recht niedrig, aber dafür gab es auch den nötigen Ärger.

I stayed at Aparthotel Vega Berlin during my trip to Berlin. At first, the building was a bit confusing to find, as it looks like it might be closed from the outside. However, there is a clear sign indicating the hotel, so you are in the right place. It is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, which is manageable but not the most convenient if you have heavy luggage. One thing to note is that access to the building requires a passcode, which was not provided in advance. I had to call the reception to get the code, which could be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals. The staircase inside the building is also quite narrow, so carrying large suitcases may be a bit challenging. That said, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped for the price. It had everything needed for a short stay, making it a practical and budget-friendly option. Overall, despite a few inconveniences with access and the building layout, I had a decent stay. If I visit Berlin again, I would consider staying here again.
