Nach einer langen Reise nach Angra do Reis mussten wir 25 Minuten bei der Eincheckung warten. Sobald wir das “Standard Apartment mit Doppelbett” für R$ 783 erhalten hatten, waren wir schockiert. Das Zimmer war lustig, dunkel, sehr grundlegende und schlecht getragen. Auf dem Flieger, das sie herausgegeben haben, wurde gesagt, dass es „Frühstück nur im Zimmer“ - was später nicht richtig erklärt wurde. Die Reaktion auf dem Frontdesk war „Sie sollten uns sprechen“ - meiner Meinung nach sollten Sie das Flieger ändern! Nestled within the lush mountainous landscape of Angra dos Reis lies this gem of a hotel. We were here on family holiday and I have to say, this has one of the most beautiful facilities I have ever seen. The pool speaks for itself with an unobstructed view of the vast ocean, comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas. Aside from that, we found the staff to be incredibly attentive, as they remembered what we ate and drank on the previous day. I also had a lovely facial and the spa is also generously equipped with a steam room, sauna, huge indoor pool and whirlpool. Really, a stay here is highly recommended!
