Das war enttäuschend für ein Hof. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet, aber das Hotel ist älter und gerade aktualisiert. Sie störten nicht, die Popcorn-Obergrenze zu entfernen. Es fühlte sich immer noch datiert. Unser Zimmer riecht mustig, der Tube dripped Wasser, und die Fenster sind original, so dass Sie Menschen und Autos in Parkplatz hören können. Die Kissen sind schön, das Bett ist härter als das, was wir in der letzten Woche getan haben. Haustiere erlaubt so vielleicht das ist der mustig lustig? Die Fotos zeigen eine Feuerbrücke, aber es gibt keine Feuer oder Kuchen auf den Stuhl. Starbucks Bild ist nur schwarz Kaffee mit nur 3 Geschmackspumpen, die sie hinzufügen würden. Dies ist kein Starbucks. Sie sind besser, zum Eck für echte Starbucks zu fahren. Quesadilla Frühstück war sehr gut, und kostete $9.50. Ich würde nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe vor kurzem im Quality Inn im 2562 Center West Pkwy, Augusta, GA geblieben. Zu meiner Freude war es ein schöner Ort zu sein. Auf dem Weg von mir, habe ich immer noch ein Zimmer mit einem Königsbett und alle TV-Kanäle gewährleistet, die ich wollte. Ich war auf Besuch, um meine Tochter zu helfen, in eine Wohnung zu bewegen, aber der willkommene Rückzug dieses Quality Inn machte meine Arbeit viel leichter. Das Personal war sehr nett und gab mir alles, was ich brauche. Die QI bot auch ein warmes Frühstück, entweder zum Essen oder zum Ergreifen und den Weg zu schlagen. Ich empfehle dieses Quality Inn als hilfreich und graziöser Ort, um im Augusta-Gebiet zu bleiben. Sie waren nur die besten!

Wir haben zweimal in diesem Hotel geblieben und können nicht genug über das Hotel, das Personal und den Service sagen! Das Hotel ist sauber, gut dekoriert, und erschwinglich-freut und komfortabel. Jeder ist freundlich und freundlich. Ein besonderer Schrei an den Mitarbeiter, Heather Thompson, der oben und darüber ging, um unsere Reservierung zu erweitern und unseren Aufenthalt am besten zu machen, während wir mit einem Krankenhausmitglied behandelt wurden. Sie ging oben und über ihre Pflichten hinaus, um mich zu Hause zu fühlen und entspannt zu machen, als ich von der Arbeit nach Hause kam. Diese Frau verdient einen Aufstieg!!! Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage! Der Manager war super cool, lustig und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren modernisiert und roch super! Die Betten waren weich und bequem. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Betten sind extrem komfortabel! Der Front Desk Agent Joy war sehr hilfreich und die aufmerksamste fühlte sich fast wie eine Concierge-Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist ein neues Bauwerk auf einem medizinischen Campus. Über die Straße vom Hotel ist eines der besten Burn Center Krankenhäuser im Land, Doctor’s Hospital of Augusta. Wir haben hier ein paar Mal im September verblieben und es immer genossen. Von der Minute, an die wir angekommen sind, war die Gastfreundschaft und Gnade des Hotelpersonals (Shakeia) gefühlt. Shakeia ist sehr süß und extrem bequem. Wir hätten überall bleiben können, aber wir kamen zurück zu einem Grundstück, das uns wirklich zurück will und es zeigt immer und immer. Wir lieben alles über diese Lage in Augusta, vor allem die schöne Umgebung, tolle Getränke an der Bar und das ausgezeichnete Essen an Salt & Marrow. Dies ist definitiv unser Zuhause weg von zu Hause. We were greeted with friendly front door staff evertime we entered the hotel. The front reception/sitting area is rather large and the fire place was on making for a warm reception on this chilly evening. The room itself is very nice, the kitchen has two burners, a microwave, a full fridge and dishes for a family of four as well as pots and pan. There is a desk area with space to spread out and a lamp. The sofa is a hotel sofa, so stiff and not too comfy but clean. The large TV is in between the sofa and bed so it could be seen from either but would need to be turned. A turntable for the TV would be a nice addition. The shower was clean with glass sliding doors and shower gel/conditioner and shampoo available. The water was very hot! It was a really nice shower. The bed was comfortable, pillows are a tad too soft for me, but there are two so you can pile them up. The room AC is adjustable and definitely heated and cooled well. The room was vacuumed and appeared clean, but was dusty behind the TV (we had to pull it out as the cable was misbehaving) and the bottom of the lamps/baseboards are dusty. The free breakfast was nice! Sometimes the hotel breaksfasts are meager. This was not. First day was biscuits, gravy, sausage, pre made omelets (slightly rubbery), oatmeal with fruit, brown sugar and nuts, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, OJ, coffee, milk and tea. Second day was grits instead of oatmeal and potatoes instead of biscuits. The ladies in the breakfast area are soo sweet. One of them told me today that they take care of their customers and this is the best Homewood suites, she just wishes she could stay here :). apparently you can't stay if you work here. They were So kind and attentive. If we ever ran into staff they smiled and were kind. My husband said to me ”they must have good management to have staff who appear happy”. In the eating area: The seats were clean, available and no crumbs etc on the tables. Outside the parking lot is well lit, but some of the parking lot is a dirt lot which was not as nice. Overall I am very grateful to have found this hotel. GREAT stay. It was too cold to even think about the hotel pool...so I don't know and did not visit the gym. I did notice that there were construction workers staying here, and using the grill out back two evenings we were here. I thought that was great that they had that as an option. It says something that people are staying here for long term stays. I saw a travel nurse here as well. You can't go wrong staying here! I saw one of the negative reviews, she was NOT reviewing this hotel. She must have picked the wrong one to review by accident. This is a nice hotel!

Wir haben zweimal in diesem Hotel geblieben und können nicht genug über das Hotel, das Personal und den Service sagen! Das Hotel ist sauber, gut dekoriert, und erschwinglich-freut und komfortabel. Jeder ist freundlich und freundlich. Ein besonderer Schrei an den Mitarbeiter, Heather Thompson, der oben und darüber ging, um unsere Reservierung zu erweitern und unseren Aufenthalt am besten zu machen, während wir mit einem Krankenhausmitglied behandelt wurden. Wir freuen uns darauf, in Zukunft noch einmal dort zu bleiben!

Die Einrichtungen waren großartig und das Personal sehr freundlich und untergebracht, wann immer wir eine Notwendigkeit hatten. Es ist sehr anständig für den Preis und wir werden sicherlich wieder bleiben, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind. Danke!

Ich bleibe hier oft, wenn ich im August arbeite, das Hotel ist typisch für die Preisspanne. Der Grund, warum ich immer wieder zurückkomme und das ist mein Hotel ist wegen Dianne am Frontdesk. Er ist eine Top-Notch-Desk-Person, machte mich fühlen, als wäre ich 30 Jahre lang ein treuer Kunde gewesen, seit ich zum ersten Mal in die Tür gelaufen bin.

Pros: freundliches Personal, Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, alles funktionierte, WiFi gut, öffentliche Räume waren sauber, genug Parkplatz. Das Hotel war ziemlich leer. Waschmaschine sah neu aus. Cons: Der Stuhl für den Tisch war ein gewöhnlicher Stuhl und war zu niedrig für den Tisch. Der Eingang aus der Straße ist nicht gut markiert. Das Parkplatzstück ist nach unten gedreht, was es Charme gibt, aber das Laden eines Gepäckwagens und das Aufziehen der Tür ist schwierig. Allgemeines: kein Frühstück. Wahrscheinlich sind die meisten Hotels in diesen Tagen ähnlich. Gesamt: 5/5 Wert: 5/5 WLAN: 5/5
