We live three hours away and just needed a decent room for the night prior to an early morning medical procedure. We chose this hotel for its location fairly close to the Medical Center and for the reasonable rate. I was concerned by the heavy smell of cigarette smoke just outside the entrance, but there was no trace of smoky smell once we went inside. The lobby and our room appeared fresh and clean. It looks to have received new floor coverings in the lobby and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Although this is an older hotel and shows some wear, the recent face lift has given it new life. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. This Sleep Inn is located on a busy intersection yet no street noise penetrated to our room. I made a couple trips to the convenience store across from the hotel entrance and was pleased with the staff there as well. I felt perfectly safe. I cannot comment on the pool or exercise room as we did not use them. Both areas appeared clean, but I did notice a sign reporting that the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast fare offered a nice selection and is pretty typical. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend the Sleep Inn for a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate.

Great friendly service. You can tell the manager takes pride in his hotel and cares genuinely for the care and satisfaction of his customers. I would say the 6.7 rating is accurate. I enjoyed the quietness, bathtub, great air con, comfortable and clean bed, and great pillows. The only thing missing is rhe cleanliness of the floors and bathroom. I found two ***** hairs in the sink and after walking barefoot on the new LVP, I noticed my feet were dirty after bathing. Also commons area outside thr breakfast buffet was very dirty and the floor was sticky. The smell in the hallway is bad because of the old carpet, which needs to go. Also, consider replacing the door number signs (upgrading) and bleaching the shower curtain. Overall, easy fixes to make it worth an $80 room with taxes included. I felt like I overpaid a bit for thr quality. Saying that, everything else was nic and especially the owner/manager. Grateful for this stay.

Das Hotel ist mit einem massiven Wasserpark verbunden, der für Kinder groß ist, aber nicht so lustig für einen guten Schlaf. Wände sind SUPER dünn. Die Familie nahe der Tür hatte ein schreiendes Kind lange Zeit und dann schickte das Hotel einen unvertrauten Mann in unser Zimmer (zwei Mädchen) um 10 Uhr, um zu knocken und uns zu bitten, ruhig zu sein. Er hätte anrufen können. Es ist massiv und sehr besetzt, so dass Sie sich für viele Einrichtungen bereits voll vorbereiten. Zimmer ist sauber, aber mit dem, dass viele Leute Frühstück war flüchtig. Personal sind nie am Rechner, so müssen Sie warten, bis sie aus der Rückseite kommen. Frühstück war begrenzt und nicht genug für die Menschen dort. Ich habe bessere Optionen bei anderen Fairfields trotzdem. Alle Details sind günstige Betten und tragen / über weiche, Toilettenpapier ist schräg, Handtücher sind dünn und sehr grob. . . Für die Kosten und die Bedeutung dieses Hotels ist es nur meh. Es scheint groß, aber ist nicht sehr schön in den Details.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location on Lake Lorraine. Close to restaurants, malls, and right off I-29 for easy travel in the city. The rooms were more spacious than a typical room with the addition of a pull out sleeper sofa. The rooms were quiet and clean. The patios and outside fire pit overlooking the small lake was a nice amenity. Although we didn't use the pool, it was larger than a lot of hotel pools. The only negative was there needed to be more help wiping down tables during the breakfast buffet. The hotel was very busy, and there wasn't a single clean table during the breakfast rush. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Die meisten Dinge waren hervorragend, außer Wasserläufe um verschiedene Orte wie den Boden des Aufzugs und um die Soda im ersten Stock. Ich denke, sie waren von Kindern gingen zu schwimmen und als sie raus kamen, sie trocknen nicht außerhalb des Pools. Sie drehen nur Wasser überall. Das war eine Gefahr für andere Kunden. Ich habe das Personal darüber informiert. Sie sollten eine Regel über die Schwimmregel haben. Sie hätten vor dem Poolbereich austrocknen müssen. Zusätzlich liefen Kinder n auf dem Weg und machten sehr laut. Sie sollten Familie mit Kindern von Familie ohne Kinder trennen.

Wir wurden von einer jungen Dame namens IMO bei unserer Ankunft herzlich begrüßt. Als sie von meinem Elite Bonvoy-Status erfahren hat, wurden wir alle eine flasche Wasser gegeben. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber und riechenfrei. Vor der Nacht hatte einer unserer Enkel ein Problem, das letztendlich bedeutete, dass sie Zimmer wechseln mussten. Die IMO war großartig, erstmals schmeckte sie sauber, aber als es keine sauberen Matratzen gab, begann sie eine Ladung in der Waschbecken. In der Erkenntnis, dass wir die Kinder schneller ins Bett bringen mussten, die die IMO angeboten, sie in ein leeres Zimmer zu bewegen. IMO verdient 150% für ihre Bemühungen.

Upon arrival infprmed entire cleaning staff resigned so had to wait. Well, during sturgis rally I took higher road and refused room cleaning. I didnt want to pile on. Bed was like a sandwich -bad backs beware. Slept few hours a nite but, bed orevent avrestful bight sagged at every possible angle tried. Room was very clean except grout a tile near tub. Breakfast was muffin make your own waffle eggs skin milk ceral bacon toast bagels muffin. Eat elsewhere coffee was good. Rest of hotel I woukdnt judge they wrre adaptung best they could
