This lovely hotel has fabulous staff who attend to the minutest details. The rooms are spacious, and the Legacy rooms are beautiful and give you an ultra-luxury feel. The food is fantastic, with an excellent choice of Bengali cuisine besides Indian and Continental options. Good pool and lovely central location

I have used this Hotel on a couple of occasions. It is a ”transit” hotel, not one I would expect to use for more than one night. Staff are very good, friendly and helpful. Food at Breakfast is very good, I have not dined in the evening but there is a restaurant. There is a bar area though most guests seem to stay in there rooms. Pleasant outdoor sitting areas though a lot of building work was being done in November 2025 It may look close enough to walk to the airport but it is NOT. Take a taxi, staff helped me obtain an UBER cab at Rs/110

The room could have been cleaner and it's already showing some wear and tear. We've stayed here multiple times over the last 2 years and I have to stay it's not as nice as before. Location is still ideal though.

It was great trip to Darjeeling. Our room got upgraded by receptionist. She was very humble and kind. She given us the room with mountains view. All staffs were kind and helpful. It was great and comfortable stay. Views from hotel are amazing. Wish to stay again.

Während alles andere gut war, fand ich, dass das Waschbecken im Badezimmer nicht sauber war, was etwas in sonst schöne Erfahrung ausgesetzt war.

-Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ neu und die Zimmer sind nicht klein. -Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe des Glockenturms, mit Restaurants und Taxis in der Nähe. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, bequem zum Einkaufen zu jeder Zeit und überall am Abend. Gute Lage. -Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr nett. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass ich beim Einchecken lange Haare auf der Bettwäsche gefunden habe. Machen Sie Fotos an der Rezeption, sie nehmen sie sehr ernst. Ich habe die Decke gewechselt, aber es war immer noch Zuba Ba. Es wird geschätzt, dass die Bettwäsche nicht automatisch getrocknet und gebügelt wird. -Haben die Abholung vom Flughafen gebucht. Obwohl etwas teuer, ist der Fahrer von guter Qualität und stellt von Zeit zu Zeit die vorbeifahrenden Städte vor.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Atmosphäre war wirklich schön, es fühlt sich komfortable und willkommen. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut - gepflegt. Ich liebe auch die 24/7 Warmwasseranlage, die große plus war. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Gäste, aber es ist sehr gut für die Gäste.

This hotel is massive, felt like i was living in a modern royal palace. I did get lost trying to find my ways. The staff was extremely courteous. I could see that excellent customer service is their top priority. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very delicious and they had too many selections to choose from. I had a great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended!
