I had a very difficult stay due to significant noise and technical issues. I was frequently disturbed throughout the night by loud noises from the hallway and surrounding floors, which made it impossible to get a restful night's sleep. To make matters worse, the hotel Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable. It consistently failed to work on both my phone and the television, leaving me with no way to stay entertained or connected during the night. I was quite frustrated by the lack of basic amenities and would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is nice, clean and well situated, breakfast can be better, but the room donest smell nice, think due to over humidity in CIV and also the bathroom is open to there room and not close, so when you poop, the smell is in the room

Mine was a standard double room located in the 23-floor building. The room was extremely small with a long and narrow table along the wall. You can barely turn around without bump on to something. If you size is over 160 lbs the toilet is small for you. If you have more than two luggage you might need to spread your stuff on the floor. I had little encounter with hotel staff, hence cannot comment on its services. In general, we had a very uncomfortable stay at the hotel.

Die Nahrungsmittel und Dienstleistungen waren hervorragend, insbesondere die Iftaar mit der breiten Vielfalt an Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken. Ich kann meine Prüfung nicht beenden, ohne Ali(Concierge) und Sonia auf der Rezeption für ihre enorme Hilfe und Engagement und Entschlossenheit zu schreiben, der junge IT-Kerl, der bereits zu helfen war.

J’ai payé la nuitée à mon arrivée pendant que mon frère à payer aussi la réservation sur votre site mais je comprends pas comment cela peut être possible, je savais pas que mon frère avait déjà soldé donc si vous pouvez faire cette réclamation afin d’être remboursé merci

Room is decent but there's a door in an odd place , between the entrance /closet/toilet area and the where the bed is....door is ajar and doesn't closed properly..knock onto the side of the door last nite whilst going to the toilet. The toilet was cleaned completely...and the coffee cups are stained

Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt und mit großen Einrichtungen sauber. Es befindet sich im Geschäftsviertel, das für Leute, die für Geschäftsreisen, aber vielleicht nicht so viel für den Tourismus ist großartig. WLAN war ausgezeichnet und Abendessen war gut, aber nicht großartig.
