Zuerst möchte ich mich über die Kissen des Hotels beschweren. Sie haben ein katastrophales Design. Wer war so schlau, diese Kissen zu kaufen und tatsächlich darin zu schlafen? Es sind die schlechtesten Kissen, auf denen ich in all meinen Geschäftsreisejahren je geschlafen habe! Ich empfehle dringend, sie auszutauschen!!! Als Nächstes möchte ich das Frühstück loben, denn es ist großzügig und das Geschirr wird schnell nachgefüllt. Grab-Taxis sind schnell, und es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, was das Leben angenehm macht. Aber die Kissen waren ein Albtraum!

Die Landschaft ist unschlagbar, Sie können jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang beobachten, die Einrichtungen des Resorts sind sehr umfangreich, Sie können es vier Tage lang genießen, ohne auszugehen Das Frühstücksrestaurant bietet Meerblick und eine große Auswahl. Es gibt auch ein Spa-Center. Ich komme beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder!

Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

Ich war eine Nacht auf diesem Hotel für eine Geschäftsreise verbracht, und ich war angenehmen überrascht, wie gut es für den Preis war. Das Parkplatz ist geräumig und kostenlos, mit Valet Parkplatz verfügbar ab RM30 pro Nacht. Das Hotel hat ein modernes Design und ist mit einem Face-ID-Eingangssystem ausgestattet, das einen schönen Angriff auf die Technologie hinzufügt. Alle Zimmerschalter sind auch Touchscreen. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr komfortabel, so dass es einfach ist, eine gute Nacht zu schlafen. Ich liebe auch das Bad-Design, vor allem der elektronischen Toilettensitz sehr wie die Sie in Japan finden würden. Sie bieten auch komplimentäre Snacks und kohlenstoffhaltige Getränke, was ein schöner Bonus war. Insgesamt ist sicherlich eines der besten Hotels, auf denen ich für seinen Preis geblieben habe. Großer Komfort, moderne Einrichtungen und viele bedenkliche Touchs. Ich würde sicherlich überlegen, hier wieder zu bleiben.

Had a lovely long weekend getaway and stayed in the sea villas. The facilities were amazing with fresh water pools, tennis courts, gym and several restaurants with an excellent food selection. Our favourite was fisherman's cove which had more of a western cuisine. Overall we had a really pleasant stay. However having stayed at other similar resorts at a similar price it felt like it was lacking. I know how can I complain about staying in paradise? The area for improvement would be: an additional hose shower head instead of just the overhead one. Cleanliness of the library area. Greeting cold towels and drinks at the main lobby. Selection of shampoos, soaps and moisturisers. Eco-friendly toothbrush and energy controller with key card. Aircon and lights had to be turned off manually if we left the room. I would definitely go again but it would be nice if they took on more eco friendly initiatives.

Dies ist eines der neuesten Hotels in Ipoh. Die Fassade ist luxuriös und die Lobby imposant. Die Zimmer hingegen sind recht abgewohnt, vergleichbar mit einem Budgethotel wie dem Home Inn in China, vielleicht sogar noch schlechter als das Atour Hotel. Der Preis von über 700 RMB pro Nacht ist dafür nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig; auf dem Nachttisch und den Laken befanden sich Haare. Die Schalldämmung ist mangelhaft; unter der Tür klafft ein großer Spalt, durch den man die Schritte und Gespräche im Flur deutlich hören kann. Der Außenpool ist groß und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Die Lage ist gut, ganz in der Nähe der Concubine Lane, mit einem 7-Eleven nur 100 Meter entfernt und einem Durian-Stand (köstlich und günstig) in sieben Minuten zu Fuß. Der Service an der Rezeption ist schnell und das Personal ausreichend.

The price we paid justifies, conditions and services were acceptable. The reception was accommodative to our request to change room after the first night due to uncomfortable stay. Thank you for their understanding. There are room for improvements in terms of room to reception intercom. No response after few attempts, we are unsure whether the line was down or there are no one attending to the call. When we got down to the reception, the front desk said no ringing tone heard. Hope the Management to take note of this shortfall. Thank you.

Nothing but good things to say about the Bedrock Hotel. We were actually across the road from the hotel itself as we had one of the junior suites, which are in a newly refurbished building. The suites are fabulous, they are very roomy and very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The bathroom itself was bigger than some of the hotel rooms we have had recently and the thoughtful addition of a water filter that provides hot, cold or ambient water to order was priceless. The suites do not have kitchenettes (although they do have a small fridge) they do have a coffee machine, cups, cutlery, plates, bowls and even wine glasses in the same cabinet as the fridge, all of which came in very useful. The bed was also super comfortable and the AC worked well too. We had originally tried to book in the Old Town itself but there was limited availability, the Bedrock was a great second choice, as it was just a short 10 to 15 minute walk away and the breakfast was great too.

It’s a nice resort in Ipoh surrounded by greenery. Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. Black mildew grow around shower heads which is gross, dust on kitchen top surface and bad smell came out from the AC ventilation in the bedrooms. Activities listed for kids are of poor quality. There was a group of adults using the playroom as resting and make-up room. There was hardly anything for children to play with in there.. Achery was a joke, reception staff had no clue on the schedule and couldn’t be bothered to find out. It’s hazard to place a thin piece of glass on the table top  in the apartment.

Many times returned customers. Popular hotel and fully booked out even paid extra bed:( Strategically located - walking distance to lake garden, Siang Malam hawker center and Larut Matang. The bed is very comfortable.
