Comfortable and modern stay right in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it ideal for both business and leisure trips. What truly stood out was the excellent service , especially from front desk staff Kai Jun, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. His warm hospitality made the check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a touch of genuine care.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from check-in to check-out. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, walking distance to shops/restaurants/public transport. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with comfy bedding, a well-designed layout, and amenities that included [list: e.g. espresso machine, high-speed Wi-fi, luxurious toiletries]. What really stood out was the staff service — everyone was warm, attentive and professional. From welcome greetings to helpful recommendations and prompt responses to requests, it made a big difference. The food and dining experience were also excellent: the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and dinner at their onsite restaurant was memorable. loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee it.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay the room was comfortable and service was good. However, the parking area could use more space, and the water heater needs improvement as the water turns from hot to warm after some time.

Das Hotel liegt im Bezirk Xincheng, ganz in der Nähe des köstlichen Sprossen-Hühnerladens, verschiedener Souvenirläden und beliebter Snackbars. Es ist sehr praktisch und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar Es gibt einen Wasserspender im Zimmer, eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und kostenlose Getränke im Kühlschrank. Da ich Medikamente gegen Magen-Darm-Beschwerden kaufen möchte, ist das ein sehr rücksichtsvoller Service Übernachten Sie hier, wenn Sie nach Ipoh reisen!

Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. Das Frühstück wird im Freien serviert und bietet eine begrenzte Auswahl an Speisen. Es ist wie ein normales Buffet. Bogenschießen ist nicht verfügbar. Wenn Sie den Komfort eines 5-Sterne-Hotels suchen, ist dieses Hotel das nicht wert. Es ist wahrscheinlich wie in einem Serviced Apartment.

Nicht viel zu erwarten. Aber für dieses Preisbereich, haben Sie eine bessere um.

Stayed for 2D1N on a weekday with my wife and 1-year-old baby. The room and hotel were satisfying, with a strategic location—walking distance to many restaurants, a Speedmart, and Lumut Waterfront. However, the beach was not suitable for swimming due to oil and dirt. The breakfast buffet was also not great. That said, I still think this is one of the best hotels available in Lumut, and I would consider staying here again.
