Nettes neues Hotel in ipoh. Dienst war großartig. Personal hörte unsere Feedback. Wir hatten einige Probleme, aber sie wurde schnell korrigiert. Sie wird sicher zurückkommen

Hotel is just a 5min walk to ipoh parade! Close to airport too (about approx 20mins) housekeeping was good! The hotel staff were friendly too. Shoutout to the malay guy in charge of the eggs station at the hotel buffet location as he really put his heart into frying every single omelette!

Die Landschaft ist unschlagbar, Sie können jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang beobachten, die Einrichtungen des Resorts sind sehr umfangreich, Sie können es vier Tage lang genießen, ohne auszugehen Das Frühstücksrestaurant bietet Meerblick und eine große Auswahl. Es gibt auch ein Spa-Center. Ich komme beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen guten Aufenthalt im Impiana Ipoh. Das Hotelgebäude und die Einrichtungen könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen, da sie zwar sehr veraltet, aber nicht ganz heruntergekommen sind. Unser Zimmer war jedoch sehr angenehm - sauber, geräumig und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren auch sehr schön und es gab einen ausreichenden Vorrat an Toilettenartikeln im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war eher ok als gut. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt gibt es eine Bäckerei namens Shake and Bake, die eine Auswahl an Brot, Gebäck und sogar warmen Mahlzeiten zu vernünftigen Preisen serviert. Das Hotelpersonal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Unser besonderer Dank gilt dem Personal an der Rezeption beim Check-in, das sich bei der Zimmerbuchung bemüht hat, meinen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Hotel verfügt jedoch nur über sehr begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten (Foc) in der Tiefgarage und einige gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze am Straßenrand gegenüber dem Hotel.

My 3rd time stay at this hotel. Overall i can say is the first (2022) and second (2023) better than this time (2025). I don't know why, but I think they need to upgrade their facilities (shower, television channel, mini refrigerator, cleanliness of mattress, got stain on it) cause its look old ☹️. But, the service soo good. They sooo friendly and welcoming. I feel very comfortable and make me want to stay again and again at Novotel whenever I go to Taiping. Btw, their breakfast quite good.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut. Es ist wirklich nah an der Natur. Und es gibt ein paar sportliche Aktivitäten. Allerdings ist das Restaurant nicht wirklich mit 5 Sternen bewertet. Das Frühstück wird im Freien serviert und bietet eine begrenzte Auswahl an Speisen. Es ist wie ein normales Buffet. Bogenschießen ist nicht verfügbar. Wenn Sie den Komfort eines 5-Sterne-Hotels suchen, ist dieses Hotel das nicht wert. Es ist wahrscheinlich wie in einem Serviced Apartment.

My stay at the resort was amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Hospitality was top notch, ambience was perfect. Maybe reduce Buggy wait time during seasonal time as we almost had a rift at the beach with an Asian family who were rude to us, acting like we didn’t belong there. Literally acted like they had the right to tell us not to get on one because they were a group. We didn’t know that as there was no visible queue and profiling bunch of random Chinese people to infer they are in a group would be stereotypical. I understand the resort cannot control the kind of people in their space however I brought it up with our guy at the receptionist who apologized for the situation. I will definitely be back here as I had an amazing time

Location Located at the quiet corner of Jalan Che Tak, it is just opposite the popular 2 dishes old coffee shop Chee Wah - Claypot Lou Shu Fun and fried chicken wings. We took about 10 minutes using Grab from Ipoh Railway Station to here. Room It is a small family-run hotel that won many accolades. We booked 2 nights - Duplex Family Room. One King bed on the ground floor and a very steep staircase to the second room where there are 2 single beds. A flat screen TV is also provided at this second room too. We slept very well on the soft pillows and bed. The normal amenities of a hotel are provided. There is even a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. Cleanliness of the room is acceptable. Aircon is quiet and in good working order. Bathroom Clean with strong pressure of hot and cold water. Hanging hooks are provided. Breakfast It is served in the dining area on the ground floor. Very simple of local food but adequate. Service Friendly and warm. There is a lift at the lobby.

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. And a deeper love. Thank you, Banjaran. We’ll definitely come back — someday, maybe just the two of us again. 🕊️

Basic hotel. Reception was nice and polite. Cleanliness was good, bed was clean. Room was carpeted, not sure how clean the carpets were, but it didnt smell bad. Noise was loud from pub just directly opposite, so for lightsleepers, better look elsewhere. Has EV charger at basement car park. Best for value guest, short overnight stopover.
