This is the best hotel we have stayed in for the price I’m so glad we chose this one as it was a very comfortable room huge twin beds, very comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. One comfy arm chair plus desk chair, suitcase stands, glasses, mugs, kettle etc mini fridge , bottled water provided, excellent shower with quality fittings. Very quiet room and excellent location for the city centre and the river and metro & tram stops. Highly recommend

Sehr sauber und gemütlich, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Bus ins Zentrum hält direkt neben dem Hotel, fährt etwa alle 10 Minuten und die Fahrt dauert ungefähr 25 Minuten. An der Rezeption erhalten Sie eine 6er- oder 12er-Karte, die günstiger ist als Einzelfahrkarten.

Sehr gute Inneneinrichtung, das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Es gab keinen Haartrockner in meinem Zimmer, aber man kann einen an der Rezeption bekommen. Kaffee (ca. 3 Euro) ist gut, aber Gin Tonic kostet 9 Euro (sehr teuer).

Ich habe 4 Nächte im Hotel Zinema7 geblieben. Das Hotel verfügt über ein modernes Design, komfortable Zimmer und eine angenehme Atmosphäre insgesamt. Allerdings gab es einige enttäuschende Aspekte des Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentrale, was bedeutet, dass Sie auf Busse oder Taxis häufiger zu verlassen, als erwartet, um die Altstadt und die wichtigsten touristischen Gebiete zu erreichen. Die größte Enttäuschung war, dass das Telefon im Zimmer nicht während des gesamten Aufenthalts funktionierte, trotz der Berichterstattung über das Thema. Leider war es nie behoben, was Kommunikation mit der Empfangsunterbrechung machte. Ein weiterer Enttäuschungspunkt war die komplimentäre Wasserpolitik. Wasser wurde erst am ersten Tag, auch während eines 4-day Aufenthalts, bereitgestellt, was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie unnötig schädlich fühlte. Das Hotel verfügt über gute Design und komfortable Einrichtungen, aber die Serviceerfahrung und die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Gästekomfort können definitiv verbessert werden.

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

La estancia fue agradable en general. Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado. En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas. El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales. El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Wir kamen hier ohne Auto, das Busse aus Bilbao hatte. Es war nicht einfach, ein Hotel mit einem Pool zu finden und innerhalb von LaGuardia so perfekt funktionierte. Wahrscheinlich nicht ein vier Stern, sondern war komfortabel und und der Pool war schön. Würde für den Preis empfehlen
