Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Optionen. Es bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist daher ideal für Familien und Geschäftsreisende. Ich werde bei meiner nächsten Reise definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

GGastnutzerOtras estancias habían sido muy buenas, pero esta última ha sido mala, reservé habitación con 1 cama tamaño grande como siempre, y despues de un duro día de trabajo, con la maleta desecha, despues de una fucha, y despues de haber cenado, con el pijama puesto me eche a dormir...y cual fue mi sorpresa cuando note que la cama grande que supuestamente aparecía en las características de la habitación a la hora de reservar, eran 2 colchones pequeños unidos, incomodísimo, se abrían en el medio y era molestísimo, si no tenían cama del tamaño que aparecía en la reserva, deberían habérmelo dicho, es publicidad engañosa. Muy decepcionado, al dejar la habitación a los 3 dias, dije en recepción que no me parecía ni medio normal, pero como si nada, no me dieron explicación ninguna.

BbaraoGuild**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”**
Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room.
At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed.
However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded.
I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day.
Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better.
The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room.
While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests.
In the end, we ended up paying the €25.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Wenn Sie wieder nach San Sebastian gehen, möchte ich Sie stören.

GGastnutzerLa estancia fue agradable en general. Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado.
En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas.
El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales.
El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

Having a bath a hear the tv from the next room, should not be possible in a hotel like this, also the slamming doors, was not great.
Staff in the hotel are super, from housekeeping till reception.
The restaurant is fantastic, fantastic wines.
And probably one of the best burgers I ever had.
If you stay at this hotel, you have to visit this restaurant. I simply loved it.
Free parking near the hotel, even with vans or minibuses.
Despite the fact that soundproofing could be better, next time in San Sebastián, this will be my first choice.

GGastnutzerÉquipe accueillante avec une attention particulière pour notre venue avec notre petit garçon de 2 ans. Petit déjeuner très complet, avec un personnel sympathique.
Petit bémol pour nous, il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre, nous n'avons pas su régler l'éventuelle ventilation.
Nous recommandons tout de même cet hôtel.

GGuest UserWir kamen hier ohne Auto, das Busse aus Bilbao hatte. Es war nicht einfach, ein Hotel mit einem Pool zu finden und innerhalb von LaGuardia so perfekt funktionierte. Wahrscheinlich nicht ein vier Stern, sondern war komfortabel und und der Pool war schön.
