Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hilton Cardiff. Das Hotel war sehr schön, modern, gut gepflegt und in einer tollen Lage. Das Front Desk Personal war ausgezeichnet: willkommen, professionell und schnell zu helfen mit allem, was ich brauchte. Mein Zimmer war spotless, und das Bett war extrem komfortable, was für eine ruhige Nacht Schlaf gemacht. Sauberkeit war eindeutig eine Priorität im gesamten Hotel. Insgesamt eine zuverlässige und angenehme Erfahrung. Ich würde sicherlich wieder bleiben.

Dieses Hotel hat eine großartige Lage, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich, wenn auch etwas veraltet. Nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum und 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß von Cardiff Bay entfernt, ist nahezu perfekt. Während meines Aufenthalts war der Pool jedoch wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen, einer der Aufzüge war außer Betrieb und es schien eine große Anzahl von Langzeitgästen zu geben, die nachts Sicherheitspersonal vor Ort benötigen, zusätzlich zur Frühstückszeit vor dem Zeitplan.

Wifi in the room didn’t work I had to check twice with the reception but it didn’t work I had to go to the lobby to access wifi. Despite having allowed to check out at 1pm housekeeper still knocked on my door at 12pm. Receptionist gave wrong info about going to the city. They made mistake with my number of luggages. Very disappointed with this Marriott property

Stayed one night. Not sure if because of renovation, the reception area wasn't very welcoming, pretty much self check-in set up but staffed too. Busy hotel, popular pool, gym, need to wait your turn for sauna & steam room but Impressed with facilities. Room service food was basic. The room definitely need updating and shower pressure not great. Overall fine though, would stay again.

I stayed here for one night for a brief business trip to Cardiff. Its location is amazing right next to the main train station.  this made it very very convenient to travel in from London and check in within minutes. The room was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were great. The breakfast was also quite impressive considering the hotel isn’t very expensive.

Es war ein angenehmes Aufenthalt dort mit bequemen Orten zu sehen und Logistik-Arrangements. Es gibt keinen Zweifel, dass meine Freunde ein paar Tage Urlaub zu verbringen.

1. I was allocated a room without window. It's terrible and unbearable stuffy. In such room you can not enjoy the staying let along the sea view. After I called the reception,I got a new room with balcony which is better.2. The facility is too old and the decoration style must be the last century

Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung. Das Empfangspersonal war ein bisschen ruhmig. Zimmerservice war nicht zufriedenstellend. Es war überpreist. Das AC funktionierte nicht, und es gab keine Klimaanlage.

Room was good and clean. Location excellent. All the staff were polite. Breakfast is self service but very good.

We were allocated a silent room. It was good with good bathroom and shower. Unfortunately there was yoghurt and strawberries left in a bowl in the fridge by previous person. Also clothes left in the wardrobe. This was remedied but obviously not too pleasant a start. No water in the room. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and staff were very professional and friendly. Would return.
