My stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was handled with care, and the service was prompt, friendly, and professional. I truly felt valued as a guest—highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

الغرف جميلة والإطلالة زجاجية جميلة لكن يعيب الاطلالة انها نافذة بفتحة محدودة وليست شرفة الإفطار متواضع اجمل ما في الفندق في الاستقبال الاستاذة ميسم، متعاونة جدآ وذوق في التعامل اشكر الفندق على اختيارها

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar  Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Ich hatte dieses Hotel reserviert, weil in der Nähe des Zentrums und mit einem Spa mit Sauna ausgestattet. Die Spa-Abteilung war seit Tagen in Wartung (sagten sie). Sehr teuer Mittagessen im Zimmer und Frühstück (ca. €20), die ich entdeckt, nicht im Wohnzimmer enthalten. Also habe ich nie im Hotel gegessen. Das freundliche Personal, das bereit ist, alle Anweisungen zu geben, die für den Aufenthalt erforderlich sein sollten. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist ziemlich zentraler. Das Zimmer ist ruhig und das bequeme Bett... Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen.

It is a price - performance hotel, nice location and employees and also very nice breakfast.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

Absolut neues Hotel, Zimmer Frühstückskosten sind nur lustig, es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels. Alles ist großartig, neben dem Flughafen, aber die Flugzeuge sind nicht gehört, es ist für diejenigen, die nicht wie Lärm, super Zimmer

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

الفندق موقعه مميز، اخذت جناح وكان مريح ونظيف داخل الغرف لكن في الممر في الطابق الخامس فيه رائحة كريها واعتقد بسبب الفرشات. وأيضاً العزل بالغرف ضعيف تسمع صوت الغرف اللي جنبك وصوت الممرات. بشكل عام جيد
