Ausgezeichnetes Personal. Ein Mädchen mit einem russisch klingenden Namen, Nadia, bot mir beim Einchecken Kaffee an. Sehr freundliches Personal. Trockene und zusätzliche feuchte Tücher wurden auf Anfrage gebracht. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Straße; ich bat um ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite, und es war recht ruhig. Hätte ich von Anfang an gewusst, dass ich in wenigen Stunden alles in der Stadt sehen kann, wäre ich hier geblieben, anstatt ein anderes Hotel im Zentrum zu mieten.

Walton Hotel Galata-da keçirdiyimiz vaxtdan çox məmnun qaldıq. Otelin yerləşməsi mükəmməldir, xüsusilə Meydan, Forum alış-veriş mərkəzinə, Ayasofya Trabzon məscidinə, dəniz sahilinə piyada rahatlıqla getmək olur. Otaqlar çox təmiz, rahat və zövqlə dizayn olunmuşdu. Xüsusilə dam terrasından görünən Trabzon mənzərəsi unudulmaz idi. Personal hər zaman gülərüzlü və yardımsevər davranırdı. Trabzonun mərkəzində həm rahat, həm də sakit bir istirahət üçün əla seçimdir. Məsləhət görürəm ki, resepsiondan uzun göl və hamsiköy turlarına biıet almaq üçün müraciət edin, birbaşa oteldən alıb, tur sonrası otelə qaytarırlar. Yenidən gəlsəm əgər, mütləq bu oteli seçərəm!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf den See. Der Empfang durch die Hotelleitung ist wunderbar.
Das Frühstück ist köstlich und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den See und die Berge.
Das Beste am Hotel sind Frau Wissam und auch Herr Mahmoud. Ich danke ihnen für ihre Freundlichkeit und Zusammenarbeit. Dank ihnen werde ich wieder in das Hotel kommen. Ich danke der Hotelleitung für ihre gute Wahl.

“Die Unterkunft in diesem Hotel ist absolut ein Privileg. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer daran interessiert, von Ihrem Hotel an bis zu Ihrem Ausflug zu kommen, und sie unterstützen und helfen in allen Dingen. Es geht um die Stadt und um die Zimmer. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir hier geblieben sind.

Der Preis war so günstig, dass ich das Hotel mit Bedenken buchte. Auch die Bewertungen waren nicht gerade ermutigend. Entgegen meiner Erwartungen war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer jedoch gut, Toilettenartikel wurden täglich bereitgestellt und das Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht viel Abwechslung bot, war das Essen lecker und frisch. Ich denke, wer ein 3-Sterne-Hotel sucht, kann es bei diesem Preis bedenkenlos wählen.

MMs. TRAVELLERIch war sehr enttäuscht über das Hotel. Es ist mein zweites Mal, mein erstes Mal war ich sehr glücklich über alles und entschieden, wieder zu buchen , aber diese Zeit war ich völlig enttäuscht. Leider fand ich das Hotel in einer sehr unbehaglichen Situation, aber ein großer Plus für sein Personal und ihre Effizienz vor allem die Rezeption Jungs . Vielen Dank für sie.
Lassen Sie uns die positiven Punkte angeben, Check-in und Check-out war schnell und effizient. Lage ist gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und effizient. Frühstück ist groß. Reinigung wird täglich durchgeführt. Es gibt einen Spa und Pool, aber diese Zeit habe ich es nicht verwendet, so kann ich nicht viel sagen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist fabulös. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet.
Jetzt lassen Sie uns über das Zimmer sprechen. Alles ist alt und nicht gut gepflegt. Bettwäsche, Bettdecken, Kissen und Kissen-Fälle sind alle alt und haben alle Punkte auf ihnen. Als ich ankam, hatten meine Bettwäsche, Bettdecken und Kissen verschiedene Punkte auf ihnen . Ich habe sofort den Empfangsmann angerufen und alles wurde geändert. Ac funktioniert nicht gut. Der Toilettenfluss ist kaputt und funktioniert nicht gut. Die Teppiche sind alt. Ich kann nichts über Handtücher sagen, denn ich benutze nie Hotelhandtücher.
Ich liebe dieses Hotel, aber ich war sehr enttäuscht über die Situation, die ich sah, als ich diese Zeit 4 Tage verblieben habe.
Insgesamt ist es ok & passable.

What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect.
Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant.
If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

AAyooshInsgesamt hatte mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel seine Höhen und Unterkünfte. Die Person am Park war unglaublich hilfreich und kümmerte sich um mein Auto, was ein positiver Start war. Der Rezeptor hatte jedoch ein wenig kalter Eindruck, wenngleich potenziell kultureller, aber das Fehlen eines Lächelns. Einchecken war effizient und Zimmer 206 war sauber, aber es war enttäuschend, keine Kehle oder Eisen zu haben. Auf der hellen Seite funktionierte die Klimaanlage gut. Der Duschekopf kann verbessert werden, wie es mir nicht gefällt. Zusätzlich war die Bereitstellung nur eines großen und eines kleinen Handtuchs etwas minimal.
Auf einer positiven Note war die Lage des Hotels bequem, mit Geschäften in der Nähe von Fußgängern. Check-out war einfach, einfach den Schlüssel an den Empfänger übergeben. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass einige positive Aspekte, aber einige Verbesserungen in der Ausstattung und der Service-Einstellung die allgemeine Erfahrung in diesem Hotel verbessern könnten.

GGastnutzerEverything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel.
The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time.
Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Ccapt peymanI stayed at Hotel Marin in Trabzon and would like to share my honest experience. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very beautiful view, which was the highlight of our stay.
However, there were some issues that made the experience less comfortable. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bathroom hygiene was not properly maintained. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety. Another point is that the room size was much smaller than advertised – it was around 14–15 m², while the hotel description mentioned 33 m².
Overall, while the location and the view were great, the service quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of the room description need significant improvement.

We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

GGastnutzerGreat place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey.
The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while.
Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage.
Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Das wichtigste, was bemerkt werden muss, ist, dass das Hotel durch Mechanik umgeben ist und bei der Arbeit an Fahrzeugen geräuschlich sein kann. Es ist weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber zu Fuß zu Busstation und Einkaufszentrum. Die Wände sind dünn und können alles hören.
