Sehr empfohlen! Der Ort ist wirklich sauber und sehr hilfreich und professionelles Personal. Ich habe in viele andere Länder reisen und im Hostel geblieben. Angesichts Indien und dieses Hostel war wirklich klasse. Pros - Rein geteilte Waschräume, Rein Bett, AC Vollzeit verfügbar, Mietwagen verfügbar, gemeinsames Zimmer verfügbar (auf sehen, wenn Sie früh kommen und müssen Sie sich dann können Sie sich für Ruhe im gemeinsamen Zimmer bis Ihr Bett ist bereit) in der Nähe von Strand und Geschäften. the only thing that might to improve is their morning breakfast might be good to have more intercontinental choices instead of 90% of south kerala food... can always go to YouTube and check it out some of the good Asians and intercontinental food.

We had a lovely stay. I highly recommend this hotel and the restaurants. Especially don’t miss the restaurant on the first floor, where you can get a great traditional Kerala meal in a banana leaf. The service is also great.

Der beste Teil meines Hotels war im Hotelrestaurant. Es wurde dort zum Abendessen und zum Frühstück gegessen und das Essen war gut. Besonders das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Ausbreitung. Der Service im Restaurant, von der der Kochen bis zu den Wächtern war freundlich und freundlich. Besondere Erwähnung für den wunderschönen Service von Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep und Triloka!

I had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

Die Gastfreundschaft war ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück war freundlich. Sie lieferten warme Mahlzeiten und es war das Beste. Verschiedene Arten von idly’s serviert war einfach wunderbar.
Das Frontbüro war freundlich und hilfsbereit und bietet eine sehr willkommene Umgebung. Check-in in der letzten Mitternacht war schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer waren groß und das Bett und der Kissen war von hoher Qualität. Wir konnten innerhalb von 5 Minuten schlafen. Klimaanlage war sauber und frisch.

GGastnutzerthe base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

GGastnutzerI was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

NNevrilFantastische Erfahrung. Fabelhaftes Essen und bescheidenes, freundliches Personal. Zimmer und Außen des Gebäudes, obwohl groß, könnte so viel besser mit einem Mantel von Farbe und kleinen Bleiproblemen gelöst zusätzlich zu der Entfernung von Farben aus den Außenkühlschranken. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen. Große Lage. Wir haben auch das Hausboot geleistet und das war der Höhepunkt unserer Reise. Die Nahrung war für einen König geeignet und wir hatten unsere eigene Koch mit 3 anderen Leuten warten auf uns! Eine muss für alle Gäste tun.

GGastnutzerWe were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy.
The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff.
This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.
