Das ist nicht so großartig. Sie brauchen viel Verbesserung im Service und die Zimmer brauchen eine Renovierung, da die Wäscheschirme n Teppiche alt sehen. Es wird auch besser, wenn sie ein Zimmer frischer oder Kerzen mit Geruch verwenden, da das Zimmer keinen angenehmen Geruch hat. Insgesamt ist es nicht so groß für ein Premium-Hotel.

My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.

Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

My initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return. Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted. The second room had multiple functional problems: * Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty. * Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine. * Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter. Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols. While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.

The room is a total disappointment. Check in on 3-June-2026 for room 2066 (not to sure), change to 1004 and on 5th night, change again to 1020 due to beeping noise as the door is unable to close properly. My colleagues, Rasal PM and Muhamed Ali (2064 to 2020) either have only hot water and disappointing room.

We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.

Stayed at The Residency Towers, Rameswaram for 3 nights from May 9th to May 12th. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple and other key attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Some of the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had dinner at the hotel once — the buffet was excellent. The security personnel and hotel driver were very friendly and even helped us arrange local transportation for sightseeing. The rooms were neat and clean, with housekeeping done regularly and efficiently. We also used the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and seamless check-in, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every modern comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views from the window were simply stunning. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and service. The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable. Whether it was housekeeping, concierge, or restaurant staff, everyone delivered exceptional service. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the presentation was top-notch. The breakfast spread, in particular, was impressive. The amenities well-maintained and added to the luxurious experience. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and indulgence. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free, and truly memorable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Overall, I had a good stay, as I usually do at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Most of the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Vijay, who always checks in to make sure everything is going well. He always has great recommendations on places to visit and genuinely makes guests feel welcome. There were a couple of issues this time that made my stay slightly disappointing. Our room key cards stopped working a few times during the stay. The staff resolved the issue quickly each time, but it was still inconvenient having to head back to the front desk after a long day out. The biggest issue we had was with room service, when I ordered tea and found a fly in it. While the staff eventually waived the charges for the entire meal, the service recovery could have been handled much better. The following day, I developed food poisoning and was violently ill for the next week. While I can’t say for certain it was related, the timing after the fly incident left me slightly concerned about the food hygiene standards. I hope these were isolated incidents, as I’ve generally had very positive stays here and would still consider returning the next time I’m in India.

This is an excellent hotel. I stayed in other Tajs in Chennai  before. The hotel is the best value for money among Tajs in Chennai. This hotel does not offer guests any unwanted attention - which I always prefer. The breakfast was outstanding. Special thanks to Ms Ipshita, Mr Madan and Mr Tapas at the restaurant. They offered remarkable services. I will prefer this hotel in my next trip to Chennai.
