Great hotel to stay. Interiors done very artistically and tastefully. Maintained very neat and clean too. All amenities provided as promised. Prompt services provided as and when requested. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet breakfast served in restaurant had a good spread and awesome food.

I left my phone in the restaurant and realised after I reached the airport. The staff found my phone and had it sent to me to the airport. Thank you, you saved my life!

The room was spacious and clean. Internet was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was plain and limited for the food choices and would be at a 3* level in other Asian countries. I was also overcharged for an in house food order but at least the food was good.

We were checked in swiftly which is good as we had a function to attend in the late afternoon. The rooms were clean and the internet connection was good. The staff courteous. The bed was comfortable. At breakfast although it was rush the staff ***aged to sit us and waited us well. The breakfast spread was aplenty and tasted good. Overall experience good.

Fantastic hotel with great value! Lovely hotel. Expansive . Updated . Trendy! It is only a year old and all the interiors are very well appointed. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms are very nice with great amenities. The linen and the bath towels are all of good quality. The breakfast is extensive with SO many options for one & all. overall, a great Value for Money hotel. Very peaceful and quiet. NOT city centre though.

Disappointing Experience with the In-House Nightclub Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but my experience with their in-house nightclub left a lot to be desired. When I tried to enter, I was abruptly informed that it was ”couples only”—a policy that was not mentioned anywhere on their website when I booked. If the nightclub is advertised as part of the hotel’s amenities, it should be clearly stated that solo male travelers are not welcome. To make matters worse, the staff at the entrance were extremely rude. They asked me to move aside so a couple—who weren’t even hotel guests—could enter, while simultaneously demanding an absurd 10,000 INR entry fee from me. I’ve been to some of the top clubs around the world and have never paid even half that amount for entry. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, the response was dismissive. One of the staff members simply said, ”Stags are not allowed.” I found the term both unprofessional and unnecessary. This lack of hospitality and fairness was disappointing enough that I’ve advised my friends—who had upcoming reservations—to cancel their stay. If you're looking for a more premium and welcoming experience, I’d strongly recommend Leela Palace instead.

Amazing service in all senses. The food is amazing there. Do try if you visit salem. Highly recommended. The room-service and in-room dining is a hasslefree thing and we can just relax without any tension.

The most decent hotel you can find in Tirupur area. Not up to the stars hotel but they have whatever you need. Comfortable room and good place for work as well Spent Sunday there in the hotel without going anywhere, 1 or 2 days would not be a problem. Foods, are perfected fine except they are quite a bit too salty, please don't forget to remind the waiter

Best in Class! Newly refurbished Smart Rooms stole the limelight. We were offered a very good rate to upgrade to their Club Room. Residency Towers Chennai will always be my preferred hotel
