Das Personal war herzlich und einladend, sehr freundlich und höflich. Wir wurden mit kalten Handtüchern und Begrüßungsgetränken begrüßt. Unser Zimmer war hervorragend, äußerst sauber und mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, insbesondere einer großen Badewanne und einem privaten Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht. Wirklich entspannende und ruhige Atmosphäre, nicht so weit vom Strand entfernt. Geräumiges Schwimmbad und Parkplatz. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

I spent few nights with this hotel, and i love the way it's. Nice and peaceful place to stay and this big space as well as the pool on the second floors was nice view for sunset view. I would recommend to anyone would love to spend their time for holiday in SHV.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Leider nimmt es das Hotel mit der Sauberkeit nicht sehr genau. Im Bad hinter der Türe war ein ca. 8 mm grosser Blutfleck mit Rinnsal, in der Dusche gibt es Schimmel. Die Bettwäsche war hingegen in Ordnung. Ein richtiges Restaurant gibt es nicht. Es gibt aber Snacks zu essen an der Poolbar auf dem Dach. Leider ist es auch da etwas unappetitlich. Die Tische sind nicht abgeräumt und völlig verdreckt. Ich habe bei der Bestellung gebeten, dass der Tisch sauber gemacht wird. Dass Essen kam dann aber auf den unabgeräumten, dreckigen Tisch. Erst als ich fand, er könne das essen so nicht auf den Tisch stellen, kam jemand mit einem (ebenfalls dreckigen) Lappen. Der Tisch war danach immer noch klebrig. Und interessant: gemäss Speisekarte kostete das Essen 6,50 USD, auf der Rechnung hatte ich dann 8 USD. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher überschaubar, aber noch ok, auch mit der Hygiene, soweit man es sieht. Die Angestellten, auch jene an der Rezeption sprechen kaum Englisch. Sihanouk ist im allgemeinen nicht sehenswert. Es ist eine sehr, sehr dreckige Stadt, voll von Bauruinen. Die hygienischen Verhältnisse sind miserabel. In einer Strasse hat es richtig gestunken, weil eine halb verweste Ratte auf der Strasse lag. Selbst wenn das Hotel noch gut wäre, man kann nicht vor die Türe.

Zimmerkarten sollten geändert werden. Ich muss in ein paar Tagen viermal ins Büro zurückkehren. Das Telefon im 3. Stock hat kein Kabel und funktioniert daher nicht. Der Strom im Badezimmer funktionierte etwa zwei Tage lang nicht, aber andere Teile des Zimmers waren in Ordnung. Nachdem ich eines Tages eingecheckt hatte, teilte man uns mit, dass wir wegen eines Neubaus unser Zimmer wechseln würden, nachdem ich alle meine Sachen auf die Bretter und Schubladen gelegt hatte. Es ist in Ordnung, an Ihre Kunden zu denken, aber warum haben Sie das nicht vor dem Check-in getan? d.h. 1 Tag vorher? Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Strand- und Poolbereich. Auch die Fauna und Flora ist gut. Das Hotel ist schön zum Wandern. Niemand im Fitnessstudio bedient Gäste, was in großen Hotels sehr selten vorkommt. Sihanoukville hat nichts Sehenswertes. Koh Rong hat bessere Strände. Ein Aufenthalt in Sihanoukville ist nicht zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist für einen Ausländer schrecklich (kein Käse). Sie haben die Flasche Wasser berechnet, die sie vor die offene Tür des Buffet-Frühstücksrestaurants gestellt haben, was sehr hässlich klingt. Sie bringen das gegrillte Fleisch, das wie Kohle verbrannt ist, an den Strand. Ich nahm es nicht an und brachte es zurück in die Küche.

Das ist ein relativ neues, schönes Hotel. Ich wurde gebeten, eine 10-Dollar-Einlage auf der Rezeption zu zahlen, aber ich habe es nicht, so als ich eine große Ticket vorlegte, wurde ich abgelehnt und vergeben. Es ist eine sehr angenehme Rezeption. Die Lage ist etwas weit von der Straße entfernt, aber sehr bequem, weil Sie 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Busbahnhof erreichen können. Es gibt lokale Farbrestaurants und Speisen in der Nähe. Es liegt auf dem Berg, etwas weit von der Wurzel entfernt, so dass es möglicherweise etwas unbehaglich sein kann, wenn Sie das Meer wollen. Cospa ist gut, also möchte ich noch mal bleiben.

Stayed here one night after leave from kohrong sonloem , room was good with AC on upon arrival room ,room was good with pool view and ocean Breakfast was ok , reception was helpful I tried spa also ok , Just security at front lobby which not very helpful while I need carry all my 3 suitcase by self from taxi to Lobby

A fantastic experience made possible by the entire amazing staff of this wonderful resort. Tep and Dara were especially kind and generous with their time. Tep helped arrange an island hopping tour and even accompanied me on her day off. Dara took time out of his day to sit and chat with me each day while I ate breakfast, a nice touch for a solo traveler. Everyone was so kind and cheerful. They were all smiling all the time. I met the owner and immediately understood why. His kindness and care for the staff members was obvious in his interactions with them. That type of managerial style inevitability translates into cheerful and thoughtful service. I applaud this entire operation for their genuine care for each other and the guests. The attention to detail and care showed in the quality of the groundskeeping, housekeeping, and food service. (The breakfast service was incredible, especially the made to order noodles and egg station). I could go on but this place reall has to be experienced to be believed. And at this price point it is an incredible value for money. One more thing: the location at the very end of Otres Beach is perfect. The beach was very quiet and the traffic on the road was minimal. I wouldn’t want to stay close to the noisy dusty city center. This is way better.

Hotelservice: perfekte Punktzahl, das Personal ist sehr herzlich und freundlich Hotelausstattung: Da es sich um ein neu eröffnetes Strandhaus handelt, sind die Einrichtungen relativ neu, der einzige Nachteil ist jedoch, dass es im Zimmer alarmierend viele Ameisen und Käfer gibt. Hotelessen: Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und geschmacklich moderat, geeignet für Chinesen und Ausländer.

Six Senses Krabey Island is undoubtedly located in a breathtaking setting. From the moment we arrived, the beauty of the island and the warm, welcoming arrival experience set the tone for what could have been a perfect stay. The staff were attentive and made every effort to ensure we felt welcome. Our villa was a standout feature—stunningly designed, surrounded by lush forest for privacy while still offering beautiful sea views. It was thoughtfully equipped with high-quality toiletries, soft towels, luxurious bedding, and essential mosquito nets around the bed. The private plunge pool was always impeccably prepared, morning and night, ensuring everything was ready whenever we fancied a dip. Additionally, buggies were readily available to transport us around the resort whenever needed. The onsite dining offered good quality food with a variety of options. However, we were disappointed to find that one of the two restaurants was often closed during our stay. For a resort that charges over $1,000 per night, guests should have the opportunity to dine at either venue each evening. The mini-bar system was another letdown. The mini-bar was not stocked upon arrival, and we were required to order items via an iPad, phone, or WhatsApp communication with our butler. This system felt unnecessarily complicated, especially when we wanted wine for a romantic evening. Unfortunately, we encountered significant delays in getting our order fulfilled, which disrupted our plans. Another issue arose with check-out arrangements. On arrival, our butler presented multiple late check-out options, but she failed to mention the 50% surcharge that would apply for staying beyond the standard check-out time. This led to confusion when we later aligned our transfers with this arrangement, only to learn about the charge after the fact. When we raised the issue, communication stalled, and the resolution was unnecessarily drawn out, leaving a sour note to the experience. We also experienced Wi-Fi issues, with the connection dropping repeatedly for two days. This was frustrating, particularly as my partner had important business calls to attend to. Although the staff eventually resolved the issue and sent chocolates as an apology, it was a significant inconvenience. The resort’s pricing structure also felt overly fragmented. There were additional charges for the boat transfer to the island, which felt excessive given the already steep room rates. These costs would have been better incorporated into the overall price to provide a more seamless experience. Similarly, a stocked mini-bar with basic refreshments such as soft drinks and snacks should be a courtesy, particularly for a remote island resort of this caliber. Despite these issues, there were notable highlights. The spa services were exceptional—my gold facial was a dream, and the massages were equally fantastic.
