Es war das erste Mal, dass ich im Plaza Blumenau übernachtete, es war eine angenehme Überraschung. Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht großartig. Es wird mein Favorit in Blumenau sein.

O local é super bem localizado, os quartos são grandes porém as camas não são muito novas e nem confortáveis, a limpeza tbm razoável, café da manhã mediano, mais pelo valor super compensa, agora que o que acredito que seja um valor alto de mais é o estacionamento que custa 55 reais por diária e não é no hotel tem que deixar o carro em frente ao hotel com o pisca alerta e risco de pegar uma multa!

El hotel está muy bien en torno al precio que posee, la ubicación es en pleno centro a media cuadra de la calle peatonal, y las instalaciones son confortables incluso no siendo de calidad. Está muy bien.

Einer unserer Lieblingsorte aller Zeiten. Das Hotel wird so gut geführt und ist so sauber, dass alle Mitarbeiter ihr Bestes geben, um den Komfort ihrer Gäste zu gewährleisten. Wir fühlen uns wie Könige im Majesty Hotel in Florianopolis... so viel ist praktisch, vom Restaurant mit außergewöhnlichem Essen im Hotel über andere rund um den Block bis hin zum riesigen Einkaufszentrum und allen Veranstaltungen von Florianopolis... das ist wie ein 5-Sterne-Hotel in New York City auf Steroiden, größer, besser, sauberer, schöner ... es ist fantastisch und der Ort, an dem man sein kann ... wir kehren oft zur Majestät zurück, so wie es in unseren Herzen ist ... VIVA Majestät! !

The location is very good but most of the people who work there do not speak the English language. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the sauna and lobby area where you can rest. Breakfast is fine, but dinner can be better. We came to check in the area while it was extremely cold outside and we stood in front of the checking desk, I felt cold air coming from the ceiling AC and we felt even worse. There is a fan inside the elevator which I personally do not like during cold weather, but generally speaking the hotel is good. I came to this hotel with my girlfriend and I got out single so I do not recommend it for couples

A Pousada tem uma excelente localização pois fica bem próxima do Parque Beto Carreiro. Café da manhã bem caprichado e diversificado e o atendimento muito bom . Tem estacionamento bem amplo.

NNiefaBeach front property on probably the best part of the strip. Hotel is a little dated, but its location is amazing. Has pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Decent sunbathing options. They do have a sauna but didn’t use it as was told to go reception for some odd reason and then couldn’t be bothered to return again. Overall decent Hotel did ask for an Ocean view room but wasn’t given one even thought only one was being used on the last day I stayed.

NNiefaThe hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the strip. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

GGastnutzerI had requested for 9 am check in and 9 pm check out because I had traveled by night bus to reach in the morning and again night bus to travel back. I had a business meeting. The young lady at the reception was not able to speak English but with the help of a translator she helped a lot. For some reason the coffee vending and cold drink vending machine was out of order on 11th Feb 2026. But the reception lady guided me to a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and the common bathroom and toilets were clean. Overall happy. I will come back again.

GGastnutzerGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.
