We stayed at Pyhalinna and overall found the apartment itself to be decent. The facilities inside the unit were quite complete and convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. The funny (and slightly frustrating) part was that after we reported it, someone came to do a light cleaning of the room (even though we were previously told mid-stay cleaning required an extra fee), but the sheets still weren’t changed. The property is ski-in/ski-out and located next to the “family slope,” but there are many areas that really need improvement. First of all, for beginners without a car, it takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the base area to rent equipment(experienced can use the shop on the mountain), and the path is quite unsafe. Honestly, this alone almost made me give a one-star review. Secondly, the so-called family slope wasn’t fully open, and the upper section was surprisingly steep — definitely not what we expected for a family-friendly run. Returning the rental equipment was also inconvenient; you must ski all the way to the bottom because the shop on the mountain doesn’t accept returns. After returning our equipment, we were very lucky that the ski patrol officer Markus kindly offered to take us back up the hotel. We really appreciated his help — without him, it would have been another long and difficult walk. There are simply many practical issues that should be improved. I truly hope the resort can learn from more established ski destinations to create a safer and more beginner-friendly experience. The positive interactions with the staff were the main reason we didn’t give this place a one-star rating — they truly made a difference despite the other issues. Der Service hier ist ziemlich gut, das Personal im Geschmack gibt Ihnen nützliche Ratschläge, wenn Sie fragen, Zimmer ist wirklich wunderschön, bekommen eine schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Der Service ist sehr gut, das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, ein Badezimmer und ein Saunazimmer. Die Landschaft ist sehr gut, es gibt mehrere Restaurants umgeben, die zu essen sind. Das Frühstück ist auch gut.

The hotel is very convenient on traffic, with bus stop just opposite to the hotel. You can jump on the bus to Santa Claus Village and Airport at the bus stop. The room is very clean and the buffet breakfast is pretty good.

Es war ein wunderbarer 3-Nacht-Unterkunft in der schönen Stadt Rovaniemi. Das Hotel befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, das Essen und Einkaufen macht und überall super bequem zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist auch kurz 5 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Mein Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich, geräumig und schmackvoll gestaltet. Liebe die finnische Sauna; wir gingen jeden Tag! Auch das Frühstücksangebot war super schön; Liebe die Krabbensalat. Das Hotel verwendet auch Ittala und Marimekko Tischwaren im Frühstücksbuffet sowie im Zimmer. Ich liebe die Ittala Tasse, die sie im Zimmer verwendeten so sehr, dass ich 2 für mein Haus gekauft habe! Dieses Hotel wird absolut empfohlen, wenn Sie Rovaniemi besuchen!

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

Das Hotel Santasport ist ein integriertes Resort mit Unterkünften, trekking, Skifahren, Radfahren, Snowboarden und vielen anderen Winteraktivitäten. Sie haben eine Spur für alle Aktivitäten und es war eine angenehme Reise, um die Wälder im Winter zu erkunden. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Bowlingstraße, einen Schwimmbad und eine Sauna. Es hat auch einen Kaffee. Die Ein- und Auscheckung war eine Brise und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfreich. Sie besuchen alle Gäste, die brauchen und nie versäumen, zu beeindrucken. Die Zimmergröße war vernünftig und sie haben auch ein Kleidung Trockner. Bett ist komfortabel und ich hatte gute Schlaf. Frühstück war gut mit Qualität Soread. Ich komme zurück zum Santasport Hotel, wenn ich für meinen Winterurlaub in Rovaniemi komme.

I'm so happy because our room is very clean.Especially, there is a bathtub in our room, we were so happy:) We wanna book again if we come back. But we just hope that we can watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV. We hope just about it!

Als ich das erste Mal in diesem Hotel war, fühle ich mich sehr gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle zum Santa Claus Village und des Flughafens (gegenüber dem Hoteleingang). Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Gepäckraum, in dem Sie das Geschäft im Voraus verlassen können. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und wir hatten sogar einen Blick auf den Flur ... Das Frühstück war auch schön mit viel Auswahl und beherbergte meine Milch kostenlose Diät ohne Probleme . Wir werden hier sicher wieder bleiben.

Good gym facilities for those not using Ski service. Take-away breakfast was provided when we had to catch the 6am bus 100 to City for an event. Location is not convenient for public transport since there is only 6 buses per day where last bus is at 9pm.
