We stayed at Pyhalinna and overall found the apartment itself to be decent. The facilities inside the unit were quite complete and convenient. However, the cleanliness was disappointing — the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. The funny (and slightly frustrating) part was that after we reported it, someone came to do a light cleaning of the room (even though we were previously told mid-stay cleaning required an extra fee), but the sheets still weren’t changed. The property is ski-in/ski-out and located next to the “family slope,” but there are many areas that really need improvement. First of all, for beginners without a car, it takes around 30 minutes to walk down to the base area to rent equipment(experienced can use the shop on the mountain), and the path is quite unsafe. Honestly, this alone almost made me give a one-star review. Secondly, the so-called family slope wasn’t fully open, and the upper section was surprisingly steep — definitely not what we expected for a family-friendly run. Returning the rental equipment was also inconvenient; you must ski all the way to the bottom because the shop on the mountain doesn’t accept returns. After returning our equipment, we were very lucky that the ski patrol officer Markus kindly offered to take us back up the hotel. We really appreciated his help — without him, it would have been another long and difficult walk. There are simply many practical issues that should be improved. I truly hope the resort can learn from more established ski destinations to create a safer and more beginner-friendly experience. The positive interactions with the staff were the main reason we didn’t give this place a one-star rating — they truly made a difference despite the other issues. Die Umgebung ist komfortabel und die Zimmer sind sauber. Es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt jedoch ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten. - Das Zimmer ist sehr weit vom Restaurant, wo das Frühstück serviert wird. - Sie müssen Ihre Gepäcke in den zweiten Stockraum selbst transportieren, da es keinen Aufzug gibt, was ungünstig ist, wenn Sie große/schwere Gepäck haben. - Über dem Bett ist eine Seitenlampe. Es ist ziemlich groß und kann nicht bewegt werden. Sie werden sicherlich Ihren Kopf schlagen, wenn Sie aufstehen.. Auch gibt es keine Helligkeitsanpassung.   Andererseits gibt es keine Lampe auf dem Desktop.  Ich hoffe, das Hotel kann das verbessern.

The hotel is very convenient on traffic, with bus stop just opposite to the hotel. You can jump on the bus to Santa Claus Village and Airport at the bus stop. The room is very clean and the buffet breakfast is pretty good.

Es war ein wunderbarer 3-Nacht-Unterkunft in der schönen Stadt Rovaniemi. Das Hotel befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, das Essen und Einkaufen macht und überall super bequem zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist auch kurz 5 Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Mein Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich, geräumig und schmackvoll gestaltet. Liebe die finnische Sauna; wir gingen jeden Tag! Auch das Frühstücksangebot war super schön; Liebe die Krabbensalat. Das Hotel verwendet auch Ittala und Marimekko Tischwaren im Frühstücksbuffet sowie im Zimmer. Ich liebe die Ittala Tasse, die sie im Zimmer verwendeten so sehr, dass ich 2 für mein Haus gekauft habe! Dieses Hotel wird absolut empfohlen, wenn Sie Rovaniemi besuchen!

Good location hotel in rovaniemi town centre, 10 mins walking to malls and tour excursions pick ups. The new rooms in the new wing is far from the reception needing ard 5 mins walking walk, but the facilities are relatively new. Breakfast is decent for the area altho not many hot food options. Staff service varies but seemed staffing level is low for xmas peak

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

Wir haben für unseren Hochzeitsmonat besucht. Das Personal, Viljami, hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns Früchte und andere Dienstleistungen angeboten. Danke. Obwohl die Lage etwas weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist, war es nicht ungünstig, weil ich einen Uber nahm, als ich trotzdem reiste. Es ist keine Spitzenanlage, sondern ein kosteneffizienter Ort in Rovaniemi, wo die Unterkunft teuer ist. Das Frühstück erfüllte jedoch nicht die Erwartungen.

Das Hotel liegt 40 Minuten vom Skiplatz Levi und die Rezeption neben der weißen Kirche ist vermutlich hier wöchentlich neue Leute stattfinden. Es gibt zwischen jedem einzelnen Treibwerk umgeben von Bäumen, gute Privatsphäre. Die Schneebecken am Dach des kleinen Holzstuhls können am Abend den Sternenraum sehen. Das Licht ist klar, wenn es Glück hat. Morgens erhoben sich die Fenster und die Schneelandschaft außerhalb des Winkels. Die Mitarbeiter früher reagierten positiv auf die E-Mail, der Koch und das Weihnachtsgeschmack waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gibt eine Chance, hier wieder zu kommen.

I'm so happy because our room is very clean.Especially, there is a bathtub in our room, we were so happy:) We wanna book again if we come back. But we just hope that we can watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV. We hope just about it!

Als ich das erste Mal in diesem Hotel war, fühle ich mich sehr gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Bushaltestelle zum Santa Claus Village und des Flughafens (gegenüber dem Hoteleingang). Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Gepäckraum, in dem Sie das Geschäft im Voraus verlassen können. Sehr zu empfehlen!
